Not a very good experience. The lady I was with kept making comments that I had short nails and shaking her head. Very rude. She did not try because my nails were short. She kept saying things under her breath. I was recommended to try dip and she rushed and didn’t take her time. My nails are not the same shape. Not very happy with these nails at all.

My nails turned out fine. Receptionist was rude I could not hear her because the door was open and it was windy, and she had a mask on so I kindly asked her what and she rolled her eyes at me. My nails are a little thick and honestly I’ve had better experiences with smaller nail salons with newer workers . If you can’t be a nice establishment you have nothing.
Oh and the color selection sucks. For a big salon . 53 dollar full sets not bad not good I wouldn’t come back.

This place is great if you like getting your skin hit by the electric file. A good friend of mine went and got her nails done and was NOT happy with this incident. To make matters worse, they did not say sorry but instead told her to relax. This didn't happen once it happened three times hence why I gave them three stars. Unacceptable behavior at this place.

100000/10 recommend this place. This was my first time coming here because I wasn't satisfied with other places. Nails by Jordan 1 exceeded all my expectations. Everything about this place was amazing- the time management, the care, the skill! I live an hour away and this is where I will be coming from now on.

Worst experience ever. Will not be back here. From the moment we walked in for our appointments, we were rushed. Staff very rude and wanted to argue about the color selection my daughter made. The second I was done with my mani/pedi, they requested I pay right away. I paid and sat back down to wait for my daughter to be finished which was about another 15 min. We left and went home to pack up for vacation. I received a call later stating they forgot to charge me for one of the services and asked me if I would like to pay over the phone. I was not comfortable giving my credit card info over the phone, which then the lady states it was their mistake and that I won’t need to pay and then hung up. ONE WEEK LATER, I noticed they charged my card. 1. How did they keep my FULL card number for that long? 2. I was told since it was their mistake, I did not need to pay. I called the business and spoke to a man who wanted to argue about the situation and which told me repeatedly that I needed to change my morals in life and be a better human being and pay for the services I received, then hung up. Very rude and poor customer service. This makes me wonder how many other businesses have your full card number and for how long? Unbelievable.

The second we walked up to the counter the receptionist was extremely rude. The attitude he carried was actually embarrassing considering he’s the first person people see when they walk in. He looked like he hated his job and just because of that felt the right to be extremely rude to his customers. I will say the techs were very nice and polite, and actually engaged in conversation. But because of the receptionist i find it hard to want to go back there. There is no need to be rude to your customers.

Terribly rude! One of the lady’s with bangs yelled at me in front of everyone because I “kept moving”, Mind you this lady wasn’t not even doing my nails and was just watching. I was talking to my boyfriend and she yelled at me to stop. I find it absolutely ridiculous a grown woman has the nerve to speak to a minor like that. Totally unprofessional and will not be going back!

Worst full set ever! The guy working put way too much polish on so it looks bubbly and messy. The nail shape isn't what I asked for and they are all different lengths. And to top it all off, 2 of my fingers are bleeding from excessive filing.

I got my nails done blue French tip and the girl smushed my nails and did not shape them in the right shape I do not recommend

It was my first time and I did a walk-in since I was nearby on a pretty busy day. They did get me in but I waited for 20 minutes before I could be worked on. Once they started, it was obvious they rushed me through. They did not clean their tools and workspace before they started. I asked for short french acrylic but the color and shape was off, I also didn't notice until I got in my car but it was also lumpy even though I had already asked them once to shave it down. It was the quickest nail job I've had but also one of the worst. I'm grateful for getting fit in but I would have rather them be realistic about their load and turned me away.

Vicky is my go-to for acrylic nails, and Tina is my trusted toes technician. I've been to many of the other salons and find I rarely break a nail when I go to this one.
