The tech who did out pedicure was absolutely amazing but unfortunately the man who finished them let us leave to early, even tho we had said our nails weren't dry he was persist that they were, we left and our toe nail polish was damaged ?

My 16year old daughter (nails bleeding cuticles yellow green puss) got her nails done on Friday by the male working. When she got home she showed me her nails and how tore up her cuticles were. This was NOT her first time getting them done but the 1st time at nail group spa.At first he LIED and said he never did her nails then admitted he remembered her and my husband was with and paid not me. Ummm ? if you didn't do her nails how would you know my husband brought her? Then it wasn't him but yet he's the only guy that works there.. 1st thing 1st wash your hands before even doing someone's nails. 2nd don't lie to me or at least keep your story straight 3rd if you tell me to go to Hell and hang up I'm pretty sure my daughter wasn't lieing to me.My daughter's nails are bloody with yellow green puss. 17 years you told me you've been doing this GET A DIFFERENT JOB! Especially when you can't even be honest you have had complaints look at the reviews.

I called to make an appointment and she said I’d be out within 30 mins and when I went in for my appointment they’d said someone would be right with me, well, 36 mins later they said I needed to come back. Poor service. Very upset.Service: Gel manicures

nice people, but i waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. Appointment was a 3:00pm didn’t start till 3:45, and there was no apology or acknowledgment for the wait. My acrylic is laid thick and some nails are crooked.Service: Acrylic nails

This was our first experience with this nail salon and overall we're extremely disappointed. My wife's cuticles were trimmed too far back to the point of bleeding, the tech who did her nails didn't ask about nail shape or anything else, and added an unwanted design that we were charged extra for. My mother's nail tech pushed for a nail design after my mother had politely declined, and was very unprofessional in the conversation she had with my mother. My friend's nails were filed down so far that the skin was broken and bleeding, and the dip nails were never given a top coat. The sanitation was abysmal, the same soaking bowl was used for multiple people (the same people who's hands had been bloodied from the previous cuticle trimming and nail filing) with no dumping or cleaning between, the bowl had chunks of cuticle and fingernails in it. Dirty, used buffers were used on everyone's nails, and broken chunks of fingernails were found near the drying stations and the floor by the nail stations. The only thing positive about our experience was the pedicure I received from Trina. She was pleasant to chat with, and actually cleaned her station after performing my pedicure.Services: Pedicure
