I went to do a drug screening over 2 weeks ago and they never sent my results to my employer. The place was very sketchy looking, I wouldn't recommend using this place for anything job related.

Kim helped me directly, and she was very nice. There was another lady working with purple hair, I'm not sure her name...but she was very nice. However I have a bone to pick with the lady named Abby I think? she answered the phone and she was so mean. She had such a crabby attitude and seemed like I was a burden like answering the phone and greeting customers wasn't her job. She didn't even have a smile on her face when I walked in and told me "sit over there" a simple addition of "you may sit over there" would have made it a whole lot better. She answered the phone also very unprofessional and was so monotone and would say things "yup" in such a rude tone. She answered the phone "this is Abby you tried calling" like um what, are you my neighbor or am i being arrested, so unprofessional.

The woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude. When I asked to schedule 2 appointments with 15 minutes between them, she responded with, "Well. I GUESS if that's what works for YOU." Good grief. I've never had this experience when them before. The other staff are wonderful -- this woman should not be customer-facing!!

This isn't even worthy of a single star. The lady Kim that called me, had attitude prior to making a connection with me. This unprofessional tone was unwanted. She has no business performing any sort of job duties that involve dealing with clients. Unreal!!! I lost my cool on her after the continued rudeness and unwillingness to talk to me like a real person. I'm thrilled that my appointment was canceled here. I will never ever step foot in this place again. Do NOT use this place for your company needs!

They are really great here. I came in did my drug test and left. It wasn't awkward and the staff are really nice.
