“We have a Saint Bernard puppy who is very timid and unsure around unfamiliar people and new situations. Abby truly worked magic with him. She took her time, spoke gently, and allowed him to build trust at his own pace, helping him feel safe and comfortable in a new environment while accomplishing everything she needed to do.
Abby is absolutely amazing, and we will most certainly be back to work with her again. Angelo looked, felt, and smelled incredible—we couldn’t be happier with the experience!”
“There is a section in the store that is devoted to dogs making things easy to find. The brand of dog food i need for my dog is always there in the same place, I don't have to look all around the store.
Dog toys and treats are also easy to locate.
I am able to get what I need quickly and there is always help to lift the bags of dog food into my truck.”

“Every time we go to Pet Expo we are greeted by so many friendly employees. Everyone we encounter is very knowledgeable, habitats are very clean and all the animals are well cared for. The store is overall very clean and well stocked. I must make a special shout-out to the employees working in the live animal department. They happily answer all my questions and were so patient when I held Mercury the snake for an extended period of time. I finally went in to buy Mercury and employee Rory (the best) went on a shopping trip with me getting me what I need and making sure I was well prepared for life with a Colombian Rainbow Boa. She explained what I needed and why; she didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge and just throw stuff in the cart. I recently went back and Josh took the time to educate me more on feeding raw, things to try, and things to do differently. They really care about the animals before and after purchase and are so willing to help to ensure the best care. High fives to Josh and Rory, you two are such a blessing!!”
