“It's a good self-serve store. If you are looking for true knowledge or help finding the best food or harness for your pet, I would recommend Pet Expo in Mankato. Employees there don't really have much knowledge of products.”
“I needed a less available wire harness so called in to see if they had it. I was stressed a bit and the gentleman who answered the phone spent as long as it took to make sure he found exactly what I needed, then had it at the register for me to come get.
It's amazing how many products they have under such a small roof!”

“Every time we go to Pet Expo we are greeted by so many friendly employees. Everyone we encounter is very knowledgeable, habitats are very clean and all the animals are well cared for. The store is overall very clean and well stocked. I must make a special shout-out to the employees working in the live animal department. They happily answer all my questions and were so patient when I held Mercury the snake for an extended period of time. I finally went in to buy Mercury and employee Rory (the best) went on a shopping trip with me getting me what I need and making sure I was well prepared for life with a Colombian Rainbow Boa. She explained what I needed and why; she didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge and just throw stuff in the cart. I recently went back and Josh took the time to educate me more on feeding raw, things to try, and things to do differently. They really care about the animals before and after purchase and are so willing to help to ensure the best care. High fives to Josh and Rory, you two are such a blessing!!”
