We have been here a few times and never had an issue. But now we took out 6 month old puppy for a spa day and he comes home with a paw pad injury and his nails cut VERY short! It looks painful to even walk

Limited food options for pets with dietary/protein source restrictions. Nearly all cat kibble contained chicken or chicken by product, which my cat can't have. Would be helpful if they stocked single source protein foods like rabbit, venison, fish or gluten free options... for pets with allergies. Did not see a frozen fresh option for cats, though did see it for dogs.

Came in for Cat food. Shop had good deals. I'm more impressed with the cashier. Super knowledgeable about upcoming and ongoing events for this site. Walked through the app process with me and was super patient with my phone loading. Came in 7/16 3:30 P.M.
Wonderful interaction, very pleasant experience.

I needed to take our doxie to have her anal glands expressed. I was able to call and talk to a real person who told me it was walk-in and that we could come in a half hour. When I got to the store, the gal remembered me calling, took my info, and took my dog back to take care of her. I was able to watch through the window and was very impressed with how well she treated my dog. My dog wasn’t anxious, which was great! We were done within minutes. I will definitely return to Mankato PetSmart grooming when my dog needs this done again.

I really miss petco I never have problems when I go to shopPetsmart however don't sell to black people every time I go in this dam store I don't get help when I ask for help they say we doing inventory I will never shop at this store again I guess if I made $9 a hour I would not help customers either lmbao.

Staff are kind and helpful. The stores itself carries a decent variety and fair pricing. I always have to stop by and visit the cute kitties looking for homes. The staff take very good care of them while they are there.
