Came in for front desk assistance 2/24 5:30. I have no issue waiting for service ever!!! (I totally understand working in customer service ) however staff member never said hello, I’ll be right with you, or anything at all just pretended like I wasn’t there. She continued to vacuum the rugs I was standing on as I moved out of the way for her. After 5 minutes of not being Acknowledged I just left.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I went in there on November 27th stating that I would like to pay everything to get my account completely caught up because there was issues in the past with payments not going through because I have the ability to lock my card when my card is locked and they can't take the payment. It drafts for a whole week so by the time it stops drafting and they try to take the payment again. The card is already locked again so I went in to clear all of that up and switch the account to have a card on file that does not lock. So when they take the account payment it goes through every time. After paying everything they said I was owed to catch up my account and nothing would be owed until the next billing cycle which is December 17th. I left in good standings. I come back on December 10th to be told that I have an outstanding balance and the manager says the only thing he can do for me is take a payment but not take accountability. That is his employees fault that my account is not up to date. How hard would it be to comp one month for a customer who hardly uses the gym. Another factor of the situation is it's the holiday seasons and I'm trying to budget my bills for the month. So when I come in on the 27th to catch everything up so that I know that I don't owe another $26 until December 17th and be prepared to make payment on time. I would also like to point out that I only stepped foot inside this gym at most four times a month

Friendly workers, and it's exactly what you'd expect from a Planet Fitness. Pretty busy during peak hours, but nothing they can really do about that. Great option unless you don't like working out around a lot of people.

Worst gym ever, can’t use your phone to play music or you get your membership removed? What’s the issue with playing your own music. I got charged even after I cancelled my membership and it turns out it was never cancelled. This place is a joke to the gym world and should’ve never been built
