“I'm on a keep full status but when we had very cold temps in February I decided to check my tank and found I was at 5 percent. Not good. I called in and first customer service person I would rank a 5. I called back later for an update and spoke with Eileen and WOW she was all over it. The next day I spoke to two others for updates. Not impressed. Driver Ron shows up. WOW a 10 makes sure all good. Then Eileen calls back to check in as she sees delivery made and wants to be sure all good. WOW Eileen is a 10. Definitely went above and beyond.”
