Staff was amazing and patient, I had a lot of questions and never once did it feel like I was being rushed to buy something, just felt like they fed me information so I could make the bast decision for myself! I no longer have the need to shop around at other jewelry stores

Corey Forbord did a wonderful job of assisting me with with top notch service. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was a perfect salesman making sure I knew all the options available and yet didn't try to push something I didn't need just so he could get the sale. Thanks again, Corey! I have always done business with Rogers and Holland. I had my rings cleaned every six months and they were not cheap rings. I was told that one of the diamonds was loose. I had a lifetime protection plan not only would they not honor it Jared, who was in there was entirely rude to me, asked me not to speak to him while he was on his computer. I mentioned the jeweler that I had dealt with in the past and he said if I had a nickel for every time somebody mentioned his name I would be working here. Don’t bring it up. I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I will not go back as long as he works there!!!

Bought a Citizen watch for my wife. Jared was very helpful. Cleaned her rings while we debated which watch. No pressure but made helpful suggestions. Good experience all around. Thanks.

So far this has been my experience with this jewelry store location.I had purchased my wife a diamond bracelet, and decided to get the lifetime protection plan for $150.The bracelet ended up breaking, so I brought it into the store to figure out my options. They said it would be easier to order a new bracelet, exchange it in person, and they would send it in for repairs, RATHER then them sending it in and waiting around.Projected wait time was 2 weeks for a new item to come in and exchange.After two weeks I checked back in on 3/23, and the bracelet had not yet been ordered. They apologized and said they would get it taken care of right away but projected wait time would be another 2-4 weeks.Now, after 4 weeks on 4/22, I called again and have not received a call back with an update on my exchange.I have spoken with both the manager and sales person directly, received the same answer for both, and ended with the same outcome:sorry, you have to wait X times longer.What was originally a 2 week wait, has turned into over a month and a half. This is becoming ridiculously upsetting because no one has an answer as to why things haven’t been progressing, and always getting a run around. I enjoyed coming here, but now this experience has tainted my desire to shop here again. I will update my review based upon any further interactions I have up until I receive my new Jewlery.Please be wary of shopping here, they seem to be uncoordinated and unable or unwilling to assist customers beyond the sale of purchase.

My husband bought me a ring on Dec 16th, 2023. Was told it would be in in 4-6 weeks. It had to be made as it needed to be sized up. As of today I still don’t have the ring. Was paid in full, went through our checking account on Dec 16th. I called the store several times and no return call. Stopped in the store after 6 1/2 wks and was told it hadn’t even been ordered yet. Called corporate office 3 times. The 3rd time they promised the district manager was going to call. He didn’t call either. It’s been 8 weeks and still have no idea when it will be in. I keep getting the run around. Many different stories. I won’t be buying from them again. It’s been a nightmare! Today is March 12,2024. I still don’t have my ring. Said it should be coming soon. I finally got my ring yesterday April 3. It took 3 1/2 months to get a ring that was to be here in 4-6 weeks. Compensated me with a $100 gift card to their store. Can’t buy much for $100 in a jewelry store.

We purchased a necklace 6 days ago and had issues with their new system at check-out. The first transaction was void so I ran my card again. We were charged twice. We had to initiate all to resolve this. The manager seemed to have no clue and did not initiate anything. Very disappointed...Still waiting for the credit to show after a week. They've lost a customer!

I literally could not have had a better experience. Brought my wife's ring in after 6 years for a lost diamond and a resize... everything 100% covered with the warranty and I was out the door with a couple little jewelry items in like 15 mins. Perfect service!

worst customer service I have ever had. I purchased my original wedding ring from this jewelry store 16 years ago. The center stone fell out, I found it, and wanted it put back in. They had to send the ring out for repair and I had to call several times to get updates. Every time I called, I got conflicting, terrifying or incorrect information. the final straw was when they said my stone was chipped when I didn't send it with a chip. Worst post, manager knew about it and took zero ownership for getting the issues resolved. Ended up canceling the repair and will take my wedding ring to a jeweler I can trust.

Cannot recommend this place more! Great staff that were able to answer all of my questions. I felt I was being very picky given it was my first time purchasing an expensive piece of jewelry. The communciation was very clear and professional! 11/10.
