It's really unprofessional for this store to lock the doors 15 minutes before actually closing. If you're going to lock the doors, change your opening hours on Google please. If it says open, I should be able to go in. It feels bad that I can see people shopping inside yet I can't go in because y'all locked the doors early. Stop doing this please

I suspect the manager wants the store to close down early. I gave this store and it's employees so many chances. I'm saddened because though they seem so intruded upon by customers you can't help but care and wonder why. All the friendly employees end up quitting. I stopped going.

It's getting really tiresome how prematurely aggressive they are about closing. They've literally shut the lights off (not flickered) fifteen minutes to close, and if you walk in with less than an hour to go, expect to be told very firmly they're closing. I get it. I've worked retail and still do as part of my current job, but you close at a certain time. Your hours are on the door. That means your business closes at that time. It doesn't mean fifteen minutes before then you shut lights off in a passive aggressive display of annoyance. You were out over $100 in sales that day. And today, walking in with thirty minutes to go and being told they close soon in a snotty tone, I'm out. There are so many other thrift stores in Kato that don't treat customers like this. Go to them. You're a nonprofit. Your thrift stores help you out. That's all stuff you've been donated to sell, all profits going back into your cause. Staff at this location never used to be this rude. I've been coming here for fifteen years.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. Not anymore...the prices are insane!! You might as well buy brand new. They used to have half off days which was amazing, then they got rid of that too!

The staff are really warm and friendly and the store is very organized. Love this place. No guilt on spending money on this great organization. Love the Christian music! Y'all Keep up the great work.

They used to be a go-to store, but now they have used cups marked at 6.50. They have gone crazy on pricing. Other stores in town are better priced! They keep 90% of all funds made anyway they help no one but them selfs!

Should really update the store hours online. We aren't from the area so had no idea the store closes at 5pm. The lady at the door was extremely rude and yelled at us as we opened the door, not knowing it was closing at 5pm (It was 4:56 when we arrived). Please update the store hours on google.

Here is my experience at this location.I decided to stop in quick to look for a specific item that I needed and I ended up buying several items. When I got home, I realized that I was charged an extra $23 for 3 items that I did not even have. So I called the store immediately and they said the only option I had was to bring back all of the items that I purchased along with my receipt and they would go over those items but I had to do this within 2 hours. However, I do not live in Mankato and I wasn't able to make it back to the store within 2 hours. They said that there was nothing else they could do then. They were not even willing to work something else out with me. So if you dare shop here, be sure to check your receipt. The staff was a group of grumpy elderly women that apparently should not be working with the public... especially in retail.

They have a good selection of clothing for a decent price. A lot of the other stuff they have is overpriced. You can still find some good things though.

Found untagged item I wanted to purchase, clerk at cash register said it can't be sold w/o price tag and has to go back to staff that prices items which I seen In Back of store, I said I can take it back 2 them and she said no, has to go back thru production line to get priced?? Wouldn't you rather sell item vs not sell?? D*** system.
