We absolutely loved coming to this Sam's clubs! It's better than Costco and the store is huge & fully stocked. We were helped by Jared and he was the nicest person helping us sign up for a club membership. Definitely going to be coming here weekly for household items.

Sam’s club Pharamcy is so good that I drive an extra 10 minutes just to use them over any closer pharmacies. They have the best staff of any pharmacy I have ever visited in my life. They always try their best to help me with any problems like delays in shipping for medications or anything. All the staff is super friendly to me, and always recognize me and know me by voice over the phone even! The pharmacists are all LGBTQ friendly and even make sure to use my new name when I got it changed! So I’m very thankful for their support.

i go to sams mankato on a regular. eggs how do you run outta eggs? the last few times i have gone, there have not been any eggs, only the range free pricey eggs. i have never seen more holes in the freezer or the frige area and the main section of the store.what is the problem? the selections on mens clothes is a joke. unless your a 5'9 130lb guy,which i am not, maybe give a better selection for us bigger guys in the clothes department. the meat dept is ok they have a fairly good selection on the meats. the sweet shop has good sweets but there again there are many holes in the display. it seems like no one cares to be there anymore, i have gone to other clubs and seen the store being cleaner, brighter shelves stocked, and better selection then the mankato club. get it together sams mankato, im not the only one to notice, you may loose members.

Buying in store is fine but I don't recommend buying online from their affiliated vendors, you should limit to actual Sam's Club products. They don't really take responsibility for problems with their outside vendors, you will be on your own.

Placed an online order and showed up in the scheduled time frame. No one at the pick up desk. Every time we do this there is never anyone at the desk. Customer service said to “go find someone”. Seriously, you’re customer service. You’re supposed to help people. Walk the whole store and find no one. Finally someone shows up at the desk and they can’t find the order. Half an hour of waiting and they still can’t find it because it was never filled. We could have did our own shopping for the amount of time wasted.

Absolutely horrible customer service at your Mankato, MN location. I placed an online order, received my confirmation and checked in when I arrived. I waited over 20 mins and nothing. I then called the store to be put on hold for over 5mins to be told by someone how sorry they were and they would be right out. That was over 30mins ago and I am now still waiting. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Arrived at 7 AM this morning with our company's Plus membership to pick up supplies as usual. Along with many other people, we were very rudely told that the store now doesn't open until 9 AM and that it was "all over the media." Umm ... what? It's not even on your own Facebook page! Some people came from out of town. One woman had two young children with her, quite possibly because her daycare shut down and she had no choice. No matter -- everyone was just turned away.

They are the best because they have great prices and it's hard to put a price on some things and that's how friendly the staff is. I enjoy coming here and always feel better because smiles and positive energies are contagious. Thank you!

I spend a chunk of my time in Syracuse and a bigger chunk here. They closed the only Sam's Club in Syracuse and I miss it. The staff at Mankato's Sams is welcoming and helpful! I also belong to Costco but you need to drive to Rochester or the Cities which is rather inconvenient. There are items which are better at Sam's and items that are better at Costco.

I wouldn't shop here if everything was given to me for free. The floor is disgusting and customer service was terrible. I'm immediately cancelling my Membership and going over to Costco!
