I have to share that Jerome fehn is the biggest help in asking for any sort of help hey this company he is to the point he takes his time to help in any way possible even if ur a first time customer he will go above and beyond his job to assist in any manner possible . He also will assist in any rental such as storage or uhaul van.. please directly speak to him .
His employees that are there are great I don't know if they are fully trained or not I had two incidents where I had to change or have them look into my file. Customers are number one please be advised I don't want to hear about ur employees life story I'm here to return and give u buisneess not hear about there life story I would appreciate it kindly if that would be addressed. Uhaul is a business not a gossip center.. thank you”

“We are midway through a move with 2 locations to load our belongings. Tony and Brandon were fantastic loading the UHaul at our second stop. We were bummed that we were not able to use 2 Men and a Truck for our first load in Sioux Falls as they do not load a rented U-Haul. These 2 guys out worked and packed better than the first load with 5 guys! They were professional, pleasant, efficient and went the extra mile to make sure our belongings would fit (despite the previous loaders) and would be secure. Thank you very much Tony and Brandon, you ROCK!!”
