Quico did a great job. I had many questions, and required many visits to the store to ensure I got the bed I wanted and he and his colleagues Andrew and Sarah did a great job at making me feel welcomed and not rushed or pressured. Bed shopping is tough, and going into an environment where the salesmen are friendly makes it much better! I would definitely stop at the Mankato store if you’re debating what kind of bed to buy.

Very friendly and helpful. Quico was very knowledgeable and never pushy. He made us feel very comfortable during the whole process and looked for any discounts and savings we qualified for. Definitely recommend.

While at first I was skeptical about listening to the speil of a bed and or mattress salesperson I was pleasantly pleased with the way Andrew in the Mankato store lead you through the product line in a interactive fashion. I highly recommend anyone interested in investing in the best sleep experience to check them out!.

This store in Mankato has the top of the line customer service Quico and his team Andrew and Sara?? are all very knowledgeable about the product they sell yet they are definitely not pushy they tell you everything you need to know.Answer all the questions you have and they giv3 you all thevtim3byou need to decide what you need or want .Excellent top of the line customer service they go above and beyond. Thank you Quico,Andrew and Sarah.I went in just for sheets and my mom.and dad came along and they ended up buying a bed.I can't wait for them to enjoy this new sleep numberbed ??

Sarah was absolutely fantastic when helping us purchase a new matress. At our first visit, we tried out all the different models and were surprised that both our numbers were higher and it was much more comfortable to have a firmer matress. Ours at home is extremely plush, and we sleep terribly at night. It's great that you can change the number and adjust the base as well. We shopped at other matress places and had a terrible experience at other stores. Since Sara gave us great options and was a pleasure to work with, we decided to spend a little more and get a good bed. We are going with the i8 and are really excited to get it shipped to our house!

Ordered brand new king size sleep number bed needed everything. Got it delivered and no base with legs called store no one answers. Finally got a hold of store and no help. They forgot to order it invoice it. So now we have a lowrider bed. Very disappointed in the service for spending that much money for a bed. I guess we need to go some where else to buy that. What a pain. Don’t use the Mankato, Mn storeJust disappointed in the whole experience!!!!
