We saw a truck we wanted to test drive and so we contacted Conor. He set it up for us and got us going. He was going to go get my vacation so he arranged for Daryll to be in contact with us. Even though Conor was on vacation, he kept in contact with us and the guys in the shop to make sure our truck was getting ready for us. I was becoming anxious because I wanted the truck So Conor helped get things pushed along, even though he was on vacation. I should say Darryl tried also, even though he was off for the day. Levi was very good with the financing and getting us set up. When we were ready for the truck, Eric was very nice to explain all the buttons to us. We had a very nice experience. My only negative was that the truck was dirty and spotted. We solved that by going to a car wash. I was also disappointed that we didn't get anything free from Snell. Lol! All in all it was a great experience! I will recommend you to all my friends! Thank you!

I reached out to Snell regarding selling an older vehicle, as I wasn't sure what all of my options were. They were kind enough to send a gentleman to my home as I couldn't get my car started. He was so kind, informative and helpful. I am not in the process of buying a car right now, but the customer service was so fantastic they will be at the top of my list when I need a new car.

First time getting a vehicle detailed here, was not impressed in the slightest. detailing service is absurd, I got charged $377 for a detail on my vehicle and they missed several spots in my car, didn't clean the floor mats completely, a waste of money, I don't think I'll ever want to return. They did correct a few spots in these photos but a lot was still missed

Top notch service all the time!! From getting checked in with Greg in the Service Department, to the two drivers who took me & picked me up at the Mall, to Steve who was my main contact in the service department!! Steve continually kept me informed on the service progress of my Terrain & even got 2 technicians working on it so I could leave in a reasonable amount of time. Snell’s service department personnel & technicians are top notch!!
