I live in Mankato I moved here 2 years ago I'm so glad I did I went into spectrum today to get my bill paid when I realized that I needed a new phone because mines is cracked and broken I knew they had a promotion going on so I asked about what can I get a new phone for the rap named Ashmile . I believe it's how it's spelled help me in the most up customer service help I've ever experienced in all my experiences with internet and cable and cell phone.
I refer him to anyone ask for him by name. Otherwise the other gentleman was also just as helpful.

Upsell Upsell Upsell….. when they hit you with bundling and saving use their website to compare prices to in-store otherwise they will upsell you!!!! There three options for prices/internet that will go up to $100 after a year or two as “promotional discount” and continue going up unless you “bundle” then the price stays the same for a year but you pay for an additional service! Hoping they get competition in Mankato so they can’t keep doing this!

Go into store to return their equipment, only 2 employees there to help 8 different people so have to sign in to return your dam equipment. Not waiting 30 to 60 min to return your junk shit!! Crappy company and customer service!!

There’s so many things I could say bad about this place. They don’t know what they’re talking about over the phone. I got a tv subscription charged to me and got sent tv box when I said no.The store takes forever, and they don’t even know what they’re doing. They just end up calling the help line and that doesn’t even help. They do have a great wifi. But everything customer service wise for in-person or over the phone is garbage.

I’m disappointed that they choose not to offer prorated billing for cancellations made before the end of the billing cycle. It’s clear they have the capability to do so, but it seems they prioritize revenue over customer fairness.

Their employee's do not know anything. Great in person service, on the phone is a different story. They messed up our email after an hour and a half on the phone. These people don't know letters?? I thought it was crazy. And they will spam call if you don't answer one time. Mind you we have jobs and lives outside of a wifi source. SMH. I hope Atwood gets a new wifi company.

Aaron met me at the door, helped me immediately, and had me set in less than 10 minutes along with written instructions for starting service. Impressive!
