I called a week ahead to set up an appointment for my 3 girls’s hairs to be braided but they set up for only 1 hour appointment. On the day of the appointment I called ahead to confirm the appointment time, and was told they couldn’t do 3 girls hairs. I wasted a whole week waiting for that appointment and my kids were scheduled to go on a vacation in 2 days due time. I was super disappointed in how unprofessional they were of not setting up enough time for the appointment when I explicitly communicated to them the amount of kids coming in. I had to scramble to find another salon in a short amount of time. Very disappointing.

In town for a wedding and needed a quick eyebrow wax - not only were they quick and efficient, it was probably the best my eyebrows have looked in years! The price was very generous - would highly recommend for anyone in the Mankato area!

Alisha is awesome! Friendly, chatted while she cut my hair. Haven't trusted a stylist in a long time to cut it short and she did an awesome job. Will be needing to go back soon since I was there in August. Officially found my new hair stylist!
