My experience with this store is that it always seems they are under staffed. The staff always seem stressed, help is scarse, shelves are messy and need to be restocked (especially untidy in clearance sections) and sale prices along with some regular priced products are not clearly marked.

Target going downhill. Customer service was the worst. Asked what the price was on a humidifier and I was told "I don't know". Asked if the xmas lights were 50 or 70 percent off and I was told "bring it to check out" also the store was a mess. I felt I was bothering the workers that were there that day.

Can’t count their stock apparently or they gave my Fitbit I ordered to someone else after I placed my pick up order. I got no notification about it; went to check if it was ready to pick up and it told me they were out of stock but when I ordered it they had 1 left.

The worst and dirtiest Target I’ve ever been to. Bunch of smokers outside of the doors and gangs around the parking lot. Service inside Target was hostile and rude. Bathrooms are putrid!

Do NOT use their pick-up services!! We ordered a bookset and they chose the one that was ripped open to put in our pick-up order. We immediately brought it back in and they refused to go get another one and told us we had to go find a new one. Horrible, horrible customer service!!!

I'm pretty certain I was followed around the store by a "secret shopper" or loss prevention or whatever and this is not the first time. They are so quick to assume you are stealing. I'm 21 and was looking at LA Roche-Posay skincare trying to remember what the hell my dermatologist recommended for me. I guess that was suspicious to them. I did nothing wrong, I just had no clue which product I was looking for. Additionally, some employee stood uncomfortablly close behind me in line I'm guessing to prevent me from taking my items to another register. So don't shop for semi-expensive skin care alone unless you want to be followed like a criminal.

Dressing room lady wouldn’t let me bring my purse in the dressing room with me. She clearly thought I was gonna steal or something. I don’t know if it’s because I’m young or what but I said I’m not leaving it out Ike that where someone could grab it. So I brought it in with me anyways. She got upset at me and I said all you had to do was count how many items I had instead of accusing me that I was gonna steal. I had given them 0 reason to suspect me of that and was very throw off guard by it. Do better target🤚🏻

Went to pickup an order submitted online. Sat at the order pickup area for 10 minutes with nobody waiting. Was not served until an associate or employee came to me and told me that the order pickup was located somewhere else in the store. Target needs to put signage up where it's correct departments are at. I went to the order pickup location that the employee indicated to me and it looked unorganized and unkempt. This Target looks more like a Dollar Tree than a Target. Target needs to do better.
