Last pedicure I got there I left with my leg bleeding. I thought this was a one off as I have gone here for years but today I went and left with 2 toes bleeding! They were very busy and the pedicure was about 30 minutes! Lesson learned!

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE, SERIOUSLY, STAY AWAY!!
I should’ve gone throughall the 1-star reviews. The first time I came, I booked an appointment due to a tight schedule but what a joke. They made me wait over 30 minutes, asking me to choose a color three times just to stall. Completely unprofessional.
Today, I decided to give them one more try. I asked for a dip removal because I wanted to give my nails a break. The new growth looked perfectly healthy until the nail tech absolutely destroyed them. She filed and scratched my nails, including the fresh, healthy nail. I walked out with my nails looking WORSE than before, brittle, damaged and they feel sensitive.
This place clearly doesn’t care about your nails, or your experience. Horrible service and careless staff. PLEASE BEWARE!!

I don’t see how coming back will solve anything, my nails are now painfully sensitive and rough to the touch. You’re acting like you didn’t know what you were doing which is really disturbing. You told me to wash my hands, and sent me off on my way, only once they dried and I had left did I realize how badly they were damaged. You scratched a whole layer of my healthy nails off. I was tired and sleepy hence I didn’t pay much attention, I just trusted you knew what you were doing, but clearly you didn’t.
Would you be okay walking out with your nails like this? I bet not. You knew the harm you were doing, and you went ahead anyway. That’s unprofessional and careless ma’am. Knowingly causing damage, and trying to brush it off like it’s nothing, it’s honestly unacceptable.

It was amazing, they did an incredible job?! I was very impressed by their variety of colors and nails designs they could do! I would definitely recommend coming here, it would be better to schedule an appointment though since theirs more of chance to get in at a specific time. THANK YOU TQ NAIL STAFF!

Took my daughter to get our nails done and 2 different manicurist messed up our manicures horribly. Both of our manicures have bubbles/particles in them, they didn't paint all the way to the cuticle even after asking them to fix it, and neither of ours are the same length or straight. Definitely was the worst experience ever. Spent over $100 and they look like garbage!

The prices online and on the board in the salon are not what they charge you. Online says a spa manicure is $30 plus the up charge for gel putting it around $45-50, yet I was charged $64 for it. I now see several other reviews stating they had a similar issue and yet this business does not fix their pricing list. In addition, it’s unsanitary. They let someone else’s pedicure tub overflow with water and it got all over the customer’s nice shoes. The towels they used on me were filled with human hair. Staff kept dropping tools and not sanitizing them. Staff were also eating their own meals in the middle of the salon. I won’t go back here.

WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Today I went in for a full acrylic manicure. Got in everything was ok had me pick color I showed the male the pic of what I want he is like ok pick the color so I did I sit down he get started some small talk ok. Then he starts getting aggressive with the scrubbing. Mean while I hear ppl in the back complaining about hot water and the lady doing there’s says it’s cold like no girl so he just gets super aggressive then he asks if a nail is the design I picked I go yea and ge raised his voice super rude and the nails are nothing like this picture and bad quality. Also he left me mid way threw to work on someone else and when I was done letting it sit he goes ok leave now not professional at all. Will not be back

I was so excited to get my nails done today. I had never tried acrylic before and had been saving up so I could afford them. The older lady who did my nails was very rude the entire time and the nails on my left hand turned out crooked and the paint was uneven so there are a lot of bumps. I'm really disappointed. Would not recommend.

Very misleading pricing... acrylic is listed online and price board as one price and I was charged another price. Hardly talked to me other than to ask me how long I wanted my nails and what shape. They talked amongst themselves in their own language making me feel VERY uncomfortable. The tech clipped my skin on several fingers leading to sores around my nails and some nails are not fit well to the nail and some nails are not completely covered with acrylic. I have polish on the side of my nail beds and looks like a child has done them. Once my nails were painted the tech went back through on one hand with the drill causing some spots of hardly any color and then filed the sides again removing color from my nails. Nails have dips and ridges in them. One pinky nails has too much acrylic on it and looks like a blob of acrylic on my nail with hardly any shape. One thumb, the nail polish which is gel is already chipping. I felt good about them last night until I got home and saw them in proper lighting. I was recommended to this place by several people and I was not too happy with my service.

I had an appointment here and as I walked in there was no one in sight. The service started off great but as it went on all the employees started screaming and yelling at each other. I booked here because on their website it had said that a full set was $35. I PAID $68. I had also requested chrome nails and it looks nothing like the picture i showed my nail tech. I am extremely frustrated with this service.

My mom and I went for gel manicures and we both wanted glitter, the colors we ended up with were not what we wanted. The prices online are not correct, we didn’t get any extras and were charged more than the price online. I would not recommend.

This place needs to be consistent if there gonna be in such a popular spot and have so many regular customers, my wife went in to this shop today and she spent $66 dollars on soothing she hates and the person doing her nails was rude to her the whole time, she told me she wanted to cry, needs improvement

My first time there was decent but this 2nd time ugh... The lady sat me down with an older man with hard dry cracked hands and he kept gripping my fingers like he was tightening bolts on a truck. He burnt 3 of my fingers with the drill. Over half of my nails are crooked and he was very rude and refused to fix them. My nails are my actual nails overlay with acrylic so this is truly upsetting and he will never touch my nails again. My sister got placed with a really nice lady and she was amazing and kind, just be careful who you are sat with.

I just went here for the first time yesterday. I love that I was able to book a same-day appointment online, but now my left thumb nail is already peeling. I live 45 minutes away, so this is slightly frustrating. Not sure if I’ll be going back. I feel I may have tipped too much after this…
Update: I had another nail completely break in half in my sleep, so I went back in to have them repaint the one nail, and replace the broken one. I scheduled an appointment hours beforehand and mentioned that I needed some time to come in since I live a little further away than probably most.
I got there about 5 minutes before my appointment time, then was told to wait (ok, no big deal. I’m a patient person)…
Well, I had to keep waiting. I was supposed to go back to the woman who originally did my nails, then she I guess was taking too long on her appointment in her chair. I believe it was the manager who repainted the one nail and removed the broken one, then the one man working there replaced the broken one. He asked me AT LEAST 5 times if I had coffin shape. I do. I said yes every time. After shaping my nail and putting acrylic on, he laughed at the shape and said it was different. I looked at it and told him that yes, it was MUCH more straight that the other 9 nails. He continued to finish it up, saying how beautiful it was. Yes, that one nail looks great, but it doesn’t match the others….
After all was said and done, they gave me a $2 off coupon. I definitely won’t be returning. Also, my review won’t let me post photos for some reason.
