Kinda crazy how packages don’t show up even when stated as delivered which only seems to affect Mankato USPS and not UPS or Fed-Ex. Odd but incredibly frustrating.

If I could rate this a 0 I would.Frequently misplaces packages due that same day with a message indicating a 5 day delay - all of this while their own tracking shows the package already having arrived in Mankato. Also when running late, they frequently transfer the package to "another carrier" thereby eliminating tracking and providing no means of further tracking for your package - a way to disguise their incompetence.Also, in general, tracking showing a package will be received Wednesday, for example, will be incorrect 9 times out of 10, and the package will be delayed those 9 times. Why can't they provide consistent tracking indicating the correct day at least once per month? If they are predicting delays, move the tracking out another day initially so the customers can better account for their packages.For a more dependable (or minimally viable, unlike USPS) shipping method, go with UPS or FEDEX. Close this office and give the taxpayers back our money.

Absolutely horrible. They have lost countless packages of mine and often deliver it to the wrong address. The delivery drivers need to learn to do their job, it’s absurd how often I have to go out searching for my packages. It cannot be that hard to read an address and deliver it to the right house!!!

Phoning in a problem with a lockbox that won't unlock is not any of the options available from the computer that refused to get me a person to speak to. Very bad service. There is a vinyl in that locked box. If not freed soon, the heat here will possibly damage it irreparably.

I always get greeted. When I need to know about shipping outside of USA. They give me the cheapest route. They are friendly.

They have lost our mail COUNTLESS times but today, it was my medication! I even spoke to the carrier in the past to explain the difference between COURT and DRIVE. Thank goodness we have a trusting neighbor!

Horrrrrible!!!! They lost a package and when they were called Jenny WAS HORRIBLE. She was rude and so unnecessary. I can't believe this company would employ someone who treats customers this way. LOOK AT YOUR STAFF AND FIX THIS

One of the clerks at this location is extremely rude. I get that we all have bad days, but I’m new to the area and simple questions always get me a snarky answer from her. Not a fan.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. I have lived in 8 states. Never had a problem. This post office loses mail so regularly we have to tell everybody to mail FedEx or UPS. We have received our neighbors mail and they ours dozens of times. I have reported it at least 10 times and I rarely ever complain. They never fix or change anything. Complete incompetence.

Laura gave me an attitude the whole time. The first time I called she knew nothing. She repeatedly just replied with "I don't Know" and the second time she called backs she hung up on me before I could even say anything. It is literally her job to help customers so maybe she should learn something or be retrained. I also really could have gone without the attitude. It really shows how unprofessional they are as a business to allow their admin to speak to customers like that.

Someone didn't feel like delivering my package so I was left with the excuse that my address is not accessible. Yet I waved to my regular mail person earlier that day. Sounds like lazy employees to me
