Literally the worst phone menu I have ever encountered. It has no idea what I am saying.

Never pick up the phone. Haven’t been able to revives any mail in 4 months because I requested a lock change the one time they did pick up the phone and they said they would get it done with in 3-5 business days…it’s been 3 months. Horrible customer service.

Very slow at sorting mail.. definitely need better workers.
