Never pick up the phone. Haven’t been able to revives any mail in 4 months because I requested a lock change the one time they did pick up the phone and they said they would get it done with in 3-5 business days…it’s been 3 months. Horrible customer service.

My mail was on hold while I was out of town. I went to the Main St. location to see if I could pick up my mail a day early. Main St. provided a number for me to call. No one answered. I finally call the 1-800 number listed. I work with a rep who while nice, got me nowhere. An hour later, I have no answers. I tried calling the Main St. office to get another number. Apparently, none of the Post office locations answer the phones.I did get my mail. I did find out why one facility did not answer - it was do to employee shortage.The Post Office is experiencing employee shortages like everyone else. If you know someone who needs a job, the Post Office may have opportunities.

Spent over an hour repeatedly calling and letting it ring through. No answer. Even drove out there just to make sure my package wouldn’t get returned to sender and all the higher ups were gone an hour before they’re closing time. Worst customer service ever

The Truckers that work here are the biggest clowns ever. They are such failures that they can't drive a real truck. They speed and almost cause accidents everyday. Everyone who works here should be fired

The mail carrier delivery my packages to the wrong house at least 2 times ! Not sure that the mail carrier can not read address or don't understand about job description.Called them and never call me back for update or do anything for help. Get more training or hiring smarter people !!

Hands down the worst postal service I've ever received. Walks up to my fence daily to give our dog treats and the one time shes outside the fence and jumps up at the bag to try to get a treat we receive a letter in the mail stating that our dog tried to bite the mail carrier. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. My dog has never bit someone let alone hurt anyone or anything. She complains all the time about having to walk up the hill to deliver our mail so we know she saw and opportunity and took it but now we have to either remove our dog from the residence or drive all the way to summit ave to pick our mail up. The same mail carrier tried entering my neighbors house when she was home sick for the day. She heard her typing in numbers to the key pad on her front door twice. I personally think shes lazy, and a straight up liar. Our dog didnt bite you. Also dont give dogs treats if you dont want them to expect one every single time they see you. And mail carriers aren't suppose to be carrying treats in the first place. Would do anything possible to get a new mail carrier but nope Paul the manager won't even give us a call back. Terrible customer service.

Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. I have been here twice to arrange bulk mail, and the first time it took me a bit to figure out where to go. Go to the back of the building to the business mail entry unit.
