Customer service is terrible. No attempt to help me solve a simple request. Just told me I can't drop off the phones I'm supposed to trade in.

One star is insufficient to express the disdain I have for this company. I've been a customer for over 10 years, paying exorbitant monthly fees, and finding that the coverage is no better, especially for 5G, than competitors.
I cancelled my service when a competitor offered payoff of my existing phone, and I jumped at the chance to move to a company with better rates (less than half of what I was paying with verizon - purposely not capitalized). To make a long story short, verizon closed my online account at first mention of the cancellation, preventing me from accessing my final bill which would be submitted to the competitor for phone payoff. When I called their 1-800 number, they indicated that my final bill would be sent to my address on record, and that would be the end of it. A week passed, so I called back to check the status of the previous request, and ensure they would send out another bill. This cycle happened 6 times over 6 weeks, and no bill ever appeared.
This company doesn't care about their loyal customers as evidenced by the fact that they will lie to the customer's face and then not follow-up on what they had promised, time and time again. If continuing service with verizon, at some point you should ask yourself why. Why would you want to subject yourself to the highest rates on the market with compromised coverage, and when you inevitably decide to leave, they treat you as if you were subhuman.

Worst customer service ever signed all of us up for the most expensive plan and I told them no just unlimited welcome , Alexis charged our accounts with hot spots when we told her numerous times not to , promised to waive the fees for activation and then had to pay over a 1000 for phone bills will never stop at this location !

Came in with a broken phone and had to wait an hour and a half to get authorized on my account to move forward with getting a new phone. Once I get authorized I go up to the employee with a fake chain, glasses, and a combover and tell him I got authorized and that I don’t know what to do next. He then reply’s with “I don’t know, what do you want me to do about it” like I know what I’m supposed to be doing. I immediately left the store and went to the Verizon in the mall and had a 5 star experience with them. I would have changed plans but I’m on the same plane as my family and don’t want to change. Horrible customer service.

I Sat in the store for over a half hour wanting to buy a screen protector, and was asked to leave when I badgered the current manager why he couldn't just check me out instead of making me wait for a sales rep

Terrible customer service. Literally no other customers in the store, and they can't even pull up an order. This is why I always attempt to do everything online. Worthless store. If I have to continue to deal with them, I'll just switch carriers instead.

Wow! Just plain wow!! And.not.in a good way.......
I dont think I've ever left a bad review online in my life, but went to do this and THEN read other complaints and now I get it!!!
We also have been customers for over 20 years in our family, having FIVE lines for some.of that time, but ALWAYS four....
We are treated as third class.citizens by this store and then when you escellate something to corporate, its even worse!!
The lies, receipt, false promises, bait and switch, and then each claiming the other is nothing short of shameful.
Thankfully, we requested.case number or phone complaint tracking numbers as someone else mentioned here. Unfortunately, we learned that when VERIZON tells you they are "noting your account" or applying a discount or refund, you have no proof, AND, frequently they TELL you that to appease you but they don't really write it down
So, when you complain a month later when you get your bill, there's no written record.of what was said.
I agree, start tape recording your calls with Verizon- this store and corporate are a bunch of liars!

I rate you a zero for perpetuating a fraud. The store signed me up for a more expensive plan when I asked for the free upgrade only. I contacted the company they assured me they would take care of it. I was told to return my phone to the store and my money would be returned. I went to the store where the MANAGER LAUGHED AND TALKED DOWN TO ME AND REFUSED TO TAKE THE PHONE AND THEN SAID THE GUY LIED TO ME TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE JUST LIKE HE DOES TO PEOPLE. AWESOME SERVICE AFTER 30 YEARS.

Went to this store on advice from other non corporate stores to suspend/ transfer services from my deceased fathers plan. Worst place i have ever been. Ended up doing all over the phone instead. They only are there to sell phones anymore, they dont care about the customer. Young gal that tried to help was very short and wouldn't listed to what we needed done and became offended when i asked if she was listening to me on what we wanted done. Basically gave me a paper with phone numbers on it and said go home and call. 120 mile round trip wasted and 4 hrs on phone the next day to close 2 numbers and transfer 2 other number.
