I had great customer service today from Stephen. I was waiting for him specifically and he came over and acknowledged that he would be with me as soon as he could. Stephen helped with the trade-in of an old phone. I am admittedly not tech savvy in the least but Stephen was patient and explained the process thoroughly to me. The manager at the front, I did not get his name, was also helpful. The service I received today is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Great serviceWhen I told the CS person that I would be paying for the phone and not putting it on my service plan. I also said I would be doing a price comparison. CS said, "If it comes down to price and your purchasing outright, Best Buy and others will have a lower price".That works for me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I called multiple times the day before I was planning on going in to get a phone. They told me they had 3 in stock of the one I wanted. I triple checked that it was for sure in store and they assured me it was there. While on the phone, I asked if walk-ins were acceptable since I was planning on going in after work. They told me walk-ins were welcomed. Mind you I spent about half an hour getting informed so that things would go smoothly the day of. After work, I then rushed to the store to get a phone since mine wasn’t working properly. I get there just for them to tell me they don’t have time for walk-ins and that the phone isn’t in stock. My time was wasted because I was lied to over the phone. I understand things can get busy. But they could’ve offered me to make an appointment if they knew their store tends to get busy. I also understand things sell out, but that is why I called and asked multiple times.

They told us we’d get 800 for trade in on old phones and now they won’t credit us for the phone. All lies wish I’d have never switched to Verizon. What a joke. We’ve called and called we’ve had them make notes every call and they won’t take of. Don’t trust anyone working there

Very poor. Stars should be NO stars for a rating. Mark, manager at the front, told me I'd have to wait 45 minutes to get assistance. I waited. I took a photo of 4 employees standing together; Mark, Brock, Adam, who came from the back room, and another guy who was actually helping a customer at a table but had stopped at the group of three. One person had freed up from their customer, Brock, prior to their group talk, and said he'd be right with me. But then he went on to others, fist bumping along the way. When I asked if he was going to help me he said Adam was going to help me, (the guy from the back), as I stood waiting longer and they were all fully aware I was waiting. Adam, who had been in the back room prior to their group talk, made little effort to assist me. What a bad place if you're looking for good customer service. I wouldn't rely on these men at this Verizon store to help anyone with their needs and concerns. Just sad.

Dont believe a word they say. I set up business plan, 5 phones. They offered free trade in on Apple 14 phones. Six months and 8 calls later Im still being charged for the phones I got even thou they recieved my phones for the trade in.

The person that helped us was very rude and condescending acted like my questions and problems weren't his problems at all offered no help in any way referred us to assurion which in the end told us it was a Verizon thing. Complete waste of time.
