Beware of this place they use shady use car salesman tactics!!! They are not owned by Verizon, went and got new phone was told it's cheaper for 4 lines told exactly what our bill would be, when we got bill it was 4 times higher went to an actual verizon store they told me to take my stuff back and get my phone back and cancel everything because they did so many shady things that it would be easier to just start over fresh. When I went back the manager said they don't have to and I spend 2 hours on the phone with Verizon just trying to fix what they did, they lied straight to our face about a trade in that didn't exist they straight up lied to our faces about what each line would cost. What we found out is that if it's not a true Verizon store they have the ability to manipulate your monthly bill on their system with fake deals that don't exist and then your the one stuck with a high bill and no way of getting out of it

My siblings and I went in today to trade in our phones. Trevor was so much help and fun to talk to. Even helping us save money. Helped us even when we were having problems reading out a phone. Definitely will be going back.

Trevor was amazing! When the corporate store said they couldn’t help us upgrade and change some phones to different lines, We thought we’d try the mall as a last ditch effort as it was a “authorized dealer”. Trevor got us the what we needed all while making sure everyone in the store was taken care of. Do not go to the store across the street by Walmart- not sure if they didn’t want to help us or truly couldn’t help us but the customer service is night and day difference between the stores! Trevor was happy to explain and go through the process with each phone while assisting 4 other customers and I never once felt abandoned. 100% recommend this store!

Trevor and Eli provided OUTSTANDING customer service for us today. They know what they are doing providing us with the best deals and all that. coming here makes my day thank you for your patience.
