Absolutely a disgrace. Put my script in the wrong person name. Tells me 30 min. I sit in the parking lot for an hour; then go home for an hour.Come back and they haven’t even started because I had the wrong script. Now I waiting in like 45 min to find out I need an ID. Save your time. Go elsewhere

Professional and helpful. It is funny how their "15 minutes" seems to be more like 30-45. If your doctor just sent something over, call ahead and say you are on your way. It might be ready when you get there.
