Had a loan appoint at 2 pm. Branch Manager, Loan Officer and all other staff made me wait until 2:50 pm to be serviced. When I brought up the utter disappoint and lack of professionalism in waiting for close to an hour, no one would validate my concern. I asked the Branch Manager if he valued my business and he said he did not. He indicated that 'it was busy and if I wasn't helped in 10 minutes after walking in the door, he would pull someone to help those in front of me'. Not me, but other customers. What a circus. This branch manager walked by me repeatedly, but did nothing to help me other than ask the same questions as two other staff members did in the 50 minutes I was waiting. What a joke, bank elsewhere. It will be a better waste of your time! One star is being overly generous.
