I had a very disappointing experience at this salon with Zoe. The stylist was rough and hit my head with the brush, was not gentle with my hair, and even got hair dye on my sweater without saying anything or offering to help. She seemed rushed while styling my hair, which made the whole process feel careless and unprofessional.
