I trust Williams Diamond Center to care for my jewelry. I don't have a lot of jewelry but what I have purchased is of very good quality. Recently I stopped in to have my wedding ring checked after a friend lost her diamond. It was good that I did because one stone was hanging on for dear life.

The staff at Williams Diamond Center are fantastic! They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field. We worked with Anika, and she was amazing! She remembered my name every time I came in :) she was pivotal in helping me design a custom ring from family gems. She was realistic and honest regarding what could and could not be done; which I greatly appreciated! She has a great eye for design and wonderful to work with. We’ll continue to go to Williams Diamond Center for all our jewelry needs!

They have a great selection for all jewelry and truly care about your taste. They are easy to work with and really go out of their way to help you find the perfect piece.My husband got my engagement ring from them and they helped him cover his tracks so I would be surprised when he proposed. 10/10 recommend going to them for any jewelry/gift finding needs!

Bought a mother's family broach. Williams was very accommodating in assisting us on what we were looking for. They helped us figure our a beautiful pendant that has a stone for our kids and grandkids, with room to grow. Highly recommend them!!!

From the moment I walked their their doors till the day I left with my new ring every interaction I had with this staff was enjoyable. They were helpful and interested in the project I had in mind. They made the vision in my head for a recreation of some old pieces that meant so much to me into one beautiful new piece! I could not have asked for more!

I stopped into Williams to see if they would be able to fix a broken ring and take off a band which was attached to it. I was immediately impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff was, I felt very comfortable asking questions and getting options. Not only were they able to do what I requested, but it was super affordable and QUICK! The ring was back in days. I ended up buying a ring as well that day and I am absolutely thrilled with both the new ring and the one they fixed. Everyone I worked with wonderful and the fact that it is a local company is icing on the cake!

Visited for a watch battery replacement. Quick and very affordable. I even stopped by at ups next door to mail something while the watch was cared for and when I returned a few minutes later it was ready for pick up. Definitely returning for service!

I started working with Williams Diamond Center this year and they have been nothing short of amazing to work with. I went back and fourth on what I had wanted to do with my wedding band and they were so patient with me through the process. They ordered multiple options for me to see and I couldn't be happier with the finished result. Bill and Anika were the nicest people to work with. They know their customers by name and communicated well over text messaging, which I prefer over phone calls sometimes. Great quality jewelry and great quality staff. Overall, you won't regret going here!

My experience with William's Diamond Center was fantastic. Jeremiah worked with me all the way from start to finish. He was friendly, very responsive, and dedicated to helping me design a fantastic engagement ring. It started with me sending him a picture of the basic idea I wanted and we worked together from there. He was patient with all the changes I made throughout the process and he did it entirely over email too. Both my fiancé and I are pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend Jeremiah and William's Diamond Center to anyone looking for an engagement ring.
