“On my way to a birthday dinner last night at 7:01and popped in to try and find something fun for my friend! Instead i found ALL the things!!! This store is the best place I've found in Mankato for fun gift ideas!! The wonderful woman closing up could have locked the door and gone home for the night, but instead let me run around for 15 minutes and gather up a fun collection of gifts for my friend, who loved them all! You have my business for life and I will tell all my friends:)!!”

“Maurices seems to be a "hit or miss" kind of store for me. Sometimes I'll find all kinds of things I like. Other times, there's nothing. I was looking for a scarf and was having no luck. I asked an associate for help, and she said the only ones they had were in the area we were standing in. She then thought there might be some up front. When she went to look, she ended up having no luck. On my way out the door, I happened to pass a mannequin with a scarf on that was exactly what I was looking for, so I grabbed it and got it for a good price. So the trip wasn't wasted after all.”

“I had the best experience at Buckle Mankato! Lydia was the absolute best! Very helpful!! She was running all over getting different sizes and styles, making sure my jean shopping after having babies was successful. It was 1000000 times less stressful. My husband and me had gone into MULTIPLE different stores before buckle. On our last walk around the mall we were talking about how shopping isn’t the same as it once was you used to walk into a store and be welcomed and helped immediately and buckle was the only one of many stores to provide that service today. You ladies rock! ?”

“I wish I knew the girl’s names but I didn’t catch them. I went in last week right around closing. My grandpa passed and we were making a last minute trip down to the funeral (leaving the next morning and headed straight there) and I had nothing to wear. I found a dress right before they closed but they still gave me time to try it on, and even helped pick out something to go over the top to make it funeral appropriate. Amazing customer service… wish I could give them more stars. Also, the clothes are incredibly cute and feel like good quality.”
“I first shopped at Torrid about a year ago and was pleasantly surprised to find that the smallest sizes fit me quite well. I had been everywhere looking for something to wear to a funeral and I finally found what I needed at Torrid. I've been back a few times now after realizing not only is their selection much larger than it appears, but their clothing lasts much longer than clothing from some of the other mall stores. The quality is great! I'm so impressed! I'm going to save myself time and start shopping at Torrid in the future.”

“This is the best store by far in Mankato to get trendy clothes at an affordable price and friendly help! The store is well organized by type, style and color. For example, if you need a woman's black short sleeved shirt in size large, you can be in and out in matter of minutes, find the section, the color, and bam, outfit emergency diverted!
Also, my teen son likes to be trendy but he also understands our budget. We can go into Plato's and buy all name brand gently used or even new: 2 pairs of shoes, 2 t-shirts, 2 sweatshirts, 2 pairs of jeans and an accessory or 2 for fun, all for less than a single pair of brand new jeans. Not only can he go to school feeling in style he also understands the value of the dollar. 1 stop, one store= 1 pair of jeans OR enough clothes for almost a whole week? Thank you Plato's!!!”
