So this Chinese restaurant is a little different because their menu is split up in to different sections "Chinese food" and "American Chinese food" things like sesame chicken and beef and broccoli are under the American Chinese section and well it's not anything special. However if you're willing to try something different their section with Chinese it seems to have some pretty good stuff in it like the pork buns. The lo mein is a thin noodle lo mein with not a lot of sauce which I'm into personally I think it's way better than the saucy fat noodle Romania see everywhere else also their pork fried rice seriously super good whoever said it was greasy was an idiot because it's amazing. Seems like it's family owned and like they are trying to make a name for themselves. So I don't understand why other people are being so hard on them and these reviews they're respectful polite courteous their food is good and good for you contains lots of veggies you just have to know what to order. I think it's greatVegetarian options: I know the vegetable lo mein has lots of different vegetables a wide variety and a tastes goodParking: Restaurant is located in strip mall with other businesses parking is somewhat limited

First order, so simple. Kang Pao with shrimp, beef & chicken, veg spring rolls and veg fried rice. Kang pao was flavorful, very generous, but wow - the chilis! I've lived & traveled throughout Asia & India, and been a fan of this dish for half a lifetime, but I've never seen this many chilis in the dish! Next time, I'll ask "easy on the heat!" Will give them a other try, tho. Rice and spring rolls were OK. Wish they'd offer a sweet chili sauce or similar rather than the lurid sweet red goo. Not worthy of good food.

I just the worst sesame chicken I ever had. It was chewy, there was barely any chicken, and it had too much breading. It definitely wasn’t fresh.

Hands down the worst Chinese I've ever had in my life. I've had a lot from various places over the years. This is the worst of the worst. Never again.

The worst asian food i’ve had in recent memory - lo mein was dry unflavored, beef was slimy and tastless. I can think of a hundred things i would have rather spent 100 bucks

Best Chinese food in Mankato. There is a little wait time for it to be prepared. This just adds to how amazingly delicious the food is. Yu's has not disappointed me anytime I've gone there.

Average campus adjacent Asian restaurant. Large options. Decent portions, budget. Friendly options, if ordering a specialty they make it fresh. I will probably go back and try some more stuff but I won't be getting the same dish. Will update if anything stands out.

They forgot my sesame chicken on a $65 order and refused to refund the missing food as they "needed the physical card to do so." Quick, let me allow the rest of my food to get cold so I can run back to your store to make up for your mistake. The food as a whole was packed extremely sloppily and the chicken on a stick fell out of the upside down bag it was placed in and onto the floor when unpacking the food. The "special short ribs" lacked any flavor, the pork fried rice was extremely greasy, there was no sauce included for the egg rolls, the broccoli in the beef and broccoli was raw. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

I've only been here once, but the one time I went the chicken was AWFUL. The flavors of everything was very good but it must have been an off day for them because the chicken (we got sesame chicken and orange chicken) was just all tough and I couldn't even chew it. The egg drop soup and lomein noodles were awesome. The egg rolls are great. The beef broccoli was pretty good. I might return but I would never get anything with chicken again.

I've been here and there for chinese restaurants, but Yu's Chinese is the place..?! both Authentic and American dishes here, I recommend the authentic side of the menu. Im an hour way and I will be coming back.

Tried this restaurant out in a whim and it was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I love more authentic Chinese food on the spicy side and they absolutely delivered even when we asked for food 'extra spicy'. The spicy chicken wings were phenomenal! I cant wait to return on a cold winter day and try their hotpot! Even if you dont like spicy food, dont sweat it. The restaurant has 2 menus - the Chinese menu and the American Chinese menu - so its easy to order food to your taste. They seem to do quite a bit of takeout, but we thoroughly enjoyed ordering family style and sitting st the restaurant. The staff were very friendly as well.
