This is a very well run shop. Communication and quality of workmanship are both top notch. The free loaner car is a huge convenience. Perhaps not the cheapest deal you can find but in this context you want to “get what you pay for” and the attention to detail here is very impressive.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Jeremy was absolutely amazing! Got us a free loaner cars. Helped us navigate the insurance in and outs. And constantly reassuring us everything would be ok. If I could give Jeremy 10 stars ⭐️ I would. We were up against a very unprofessional unpleasant insurance company after I was rear ended - resulting in a total loss of my vehicle. In a world where major insurance companies and chain repair shops seem to collude to screw the consumer, it was so refreshing to deal with Jeremy at Advanced Collision. Taylor and the team at Advanced Collision Repair had a smooth process and delivered great results in fixing damage to my Audi Q5. Friendly and professional, accurate estimates, quick turn-around, properly timed status updates and they provided options for me. I will recommend them to others, and although I hope I won't need to, I would return to them again. Good job!
