A friend referred me here which I called them to set up an appointment a week ago for a volume set and they called me two different times to reschedule and I was totally ok with their time but when I finally got in there after spending two house of my time and and paying $145 I was totally disappointed. It was so scanty, it had. A lot of spaces which I asked the lady that was working with me to try to fill in the spaces and that I wasn’t happy at all she said she had another person coming in that she was so sorry if I don’t feel ok with it and that was all. I am not going back there and I won’t recommend a friend or sister there not at all

I like my lash lady Courtney.
I wish she had more information about the lashes.
And different types to fit your face overall the experience was great the only thing I didn't like was.I was supposed to come in at a new client rate. Is still paid the regular rate this was my first time amazing lash studio maple grove wish you would have broke down pricing to me

Loved my experience! It was welcoming and comfortable and Courtney did an amazing job with my lashes and I absolutely loved the way she worked and how efficient she was while still taking her time! Would absolutely come here again!!

Twice my tech has not shown and no one helped me. Now the salon/manager will not call me back. The customer service is horrible. I feel bad because the techs do great work but poor management ruins it.

Hopefully, you don’t have any issues regarding the membership you purchase— I canceled the membership and this location’s manager made an attempt to overcharge my debit card on file, all while ignoring several emails (and all other communication) from me requesting confirmation that the membership was canceled. Good luck though….

I purchased a lash lift and eyebrow wax and tint. The eyebrow wax and tint turned out nice. The lash lift did not take whatsoever. My eyelashes looked as they did prior to my arrival, with a bit of glue left on the lids and lashes. It was a costly service, so I was disappointed the results were poor, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. I reached out via email and voicemail to ask if they could try again and no one ever got back to me.

I had a lady named Carrie she was nice but my lashes stayed on for about 5 days and started shedding I’m on day 8 and most of them are all gone. She did say she was new to the studio and had been doing lashes at a previous place which may be true but with the time they lasted I’m not so sure about that. I also made my appointment at 3:30 and did not get in tell about 3:50 and I would usually have no problem waiting but there was no receptionist or anyone at the front so I was just sitting there and waiting for 20 minutes with no explanation. When I was in the room she asked what I wanted I showed her multiple pictures on what I wanted and she specifically told me “yes I can do that” because I did ask if my lashes were thick enough for the fullness that I wanted. I also paid about $50 extra and when I looked at them they did not look like what I asked for and I was highly displeased. Overall I am very upset and would not recommend to anyone.
