My wife brought my daughter in for glasses. She paid for half at ordering and was to pay the rest at pickup. She didn't know the insurance numbers for eyemed (Lack of communication, I work on a railroad, messed up schedule.) So they ran it through like we had no insurance. So later in the week she called there and told them about the insurance numbers but they could only deal with it in person. So an hour drive later we arrived, waited half hour at a table than the assistant manager looked up her name and our bill went from 370.00 to140.00. Very glad this happened but the thing that worries me is I didn't give her any new information and suddenly they had our insurance info in the computer. Why didn't they do this from the beginning than if they had our information.

Did an exam 2/24/24 and ordered 2 pairs of glasses. I was told they'd be ready in 10-14 business days. A few days after the 14 day mark, I called in and was told that one pair had showed up but they were waiting for the second pair and "We don't call until both pairs are in"Went and picked up the first pair on Tuesday 3/12/24, as I needed new glasses and was told, "The second pair will be here tomorrow or the following day" that weekend I was in the area running errands and figured I'd swing in to pick up the second pairWas told they were not there and probably not ready and was asked, "Well, did you get a call letting you know they're ready?" I told them no and relayed that I was told they should be here by now. Was told they'd call the lab Monday, 3/18/24, but couldn't at the time "because the lab is closed on the weekend, but I'll call Monday and give you an update"It is now 3/24/24 and I have not received a phone call or any update at allThe staff here is unprofessional, dismissive, and rude

The people were kind and nice the only issue I had was that I had an appointment at 5:20 was there early and didn’t get seen until an hour later. I also wasn’t told to pick out any glasses they just made me paid.

Dr. Thao is very nice and gave me the best updated prescription I’ve had in years. All the employees are very helpful and Kayla helped me go over a couple different package options to decide what I wanted for frames and contacts. Thank you!

The service was great! Picked out frames and ordered new glasses and was in and out in 20 minutes. Kayla S. was awesome! Helped me figure out what frames looked good on me. Then she was super efficient at entering my prescription info, use my insurance info. I would recommend going here and ask for Kayla S.

My wife had some issues with blurry vision so she went in for an exam, the Dr. china boy gave her a very strong glasses prescription that did not correct the issue. After going to another (real) eye dr. For a second opinion, we come to find she actually had perfect 20/20 vision and did not need any prescription at all rather she was having binocular issues where her brain wasn’t focusing properly (corrected with vision therapy) it did not take a special machine to figure this out it just took the right Dr. taking the time to do a thorough exam to pin point exactly what’s going on, not just try to sell her something and get her out the door. Which is exactly what happened.

They were clearly understaffed. I was ok with having to be patient. What I was not ok with was not being greeted or told that they were running behind. There wasn’t even an apology or a thank you for being patient. There also wasn’t a system of taking patients in order of appointment. One of the technicians just grabbed a folder out of the stack and called the next person in. She called in two people before me and I had been there longer. Very disappointed in the transparency, organization, and service.

The optometrist and the technician deserve 5 stars.But the staff including the manager reduce this rating.Be aware of your vision insurance before coming in, the staff will NOT help you navigate it or tell you the prices of exams prior to going through the exam. It felt a little predatory.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Appt scheduled for 4:20pm. Didn't even do pre test until 4:45. Didn't see optometrist until 5:30. Why even make an appt? If you want to waste your whole night in a waiting room come here.

I love my visit. I been pushing off on coming cause I have had some bad experiences with going to the eye doctors. But this time was good! Kayla was super sweet and nice. She made my visit. I do wanna say the rest of the team was nice and friendly as well but her energy stood out. Terry was also nice and made me feel comfortable
