Had a great experience with Banfield. I was looking to switch vet clinics for my fur baby after experiencing some issues with our previous vet clinic. Banfield was kind, informative and helpful with resolving my fur baby’s problems. Aly was kind and helpful on getting us an appointment as quickly as possible. Megan was super kind and friendly with helping check in my nervous puppy. And Dr Huettl was able to help us fix the problem and gave some tips for future preventative care! I will definitely be bringing my pups back to the Maple Grove location! Highly recommended Dr Huettl!

Went to the Maple Grove location and will go there in the future. Aly G was exceptional at her job and made a normally stressful outing into a good experience. She answered all of our questions and was very kind.

My pup is usually stressed until the appointment is over but Aly had them calmed down in minutes. They've never had a better time at the vet!

I am so impressed with this clinic , first off Aly at the front is SO sweet and definitely knows what she’s talking about so I felt very comfortable with the idea of leaving my precious little puppy with her and the rest of the staff. She handled his anxiety with beauty too which was great because he normally doesn’t trust anyone! The vet was quick with the job but did great! I’m very happy with the experience an so is my furry best friend!!(:

I got my Rottweiler key scheduled and this lady named Aly absolutely made me and keys day! She gave the biggest smile and from that point i knew this was the place to be at! That vibrant energy she has is unmatched! I will be recommending you guys to any and everyone!! Aly keep being great! We love you!!

It had the best and cheapest puppy plan for my dog. I didn’t really appreciate the vet we saw. There are many others and I will chose to see other going forward.

We brought our sweet boy of 13 years in to get put down. Whoever came up with the idea of the button is an idiot. We had to press a button to indicate to the vet to come in and administer the euthanasia medication. It felt as though we were killing our puppy ourselves. We have never been to a vet office that does this. And there’s probably a reason for that. The vet was also rushing the process which was entirely wrong. She injected the medication to put him to sleep and immediately followed up the the one to euthanize him. He wasn’t even asleep yet when he died, despite me asking her to wait. The vet tech on the other hand was amazing. She was incredibly patient and kind. She brought in a basket of forbidden snacks for our puppy to try because “no dog should die without trying chocolate.” The overall experience wasn’t great. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you need to put your pet down.

Amazing staff and service! I took my kitten in for her first visit. They we're so good with getting my kitten feeling comfortable in the office.They made the vaccination process so fast and easy as well.Also, I absolutely loved that they followed up the next day to see how my kitten was feeling.I'm glad I went with Banfield!

Many areas to ride bikes and run. Areas for small kids to play on the playground equipment. Beautiful area. I definitely will be back !

An employee made me wait instead of letting me go when she was helping a customer. I said something along the lines of "I have a wellness plan and just got the shots covered, can I go now?" Then made the other customer and me wait while she checked what a wellness plan covers. Why do we both need to wait for 1 person to learn basic details about services they offer?She told me that they were going to charge me for the shots, because it was near the end of the plan, and sometimes it does that automatically, if I understood her correctly.She said "sorry for the miscommunication", which there was NO miscommunication, only her directly communicating that I need to wait while she discovers what a wellness plan covers. I asked her for an apology, since I didn't like the sarcastic fake apology. She then told me that she didn't think she did anything wrong. There's your biggest hint it was a fake apology.Not apologizing would have been better, and I wouldn't have asked for a real apology if I didn't get a fake apology which came from her without provocation.I expect more from the adults I interact with. I don't see any reason why the conversation went from me being friendly, to me getting a sarcastic fake apology... ("Sorry for the miscommunication.")However, if you're an employee that doesn't see why a fake apology can be like a slap in the face, you should grow up.

I always have good experiences with Banfield. Usually take our dog to Larpenteur Banfield but have been working on west side of metro. Called to see if they could see our dog, they were booked but took my contact info down and they were able to get us in same afternoon. Thanks!
