I was threatened by a very poor customer service agent Rachel Son even though I have perfect payment history and an 813 credit rating. Because of her actions specifically I am closing ALL accounts with BOA. While making arrangements with another bank I still had accounts at BOA, when attempting to take my money out of an ATM it simply took my card for no reason. After 1/2 hr in the phone no one had an excuse, but offered me a new card. I declined, I’m removing all of my money in person today. Do better BOA.

My mom and I had a terrific experience at the Arbor Lakes Bank of America this morning. We were met with excellent, understanding, and customer-focused service (rather than pushy, as I've experienced before). We were assisted in producing proof of account documents and making changes to my account type. I want to give a huge shout-out to Carlos for his personable, helpful approach and patience with us both. Additionally, Anna was in town and was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. Neither made me feel overwhelmed or pressured in any way, only supported. I definitely recommend Carlos, Anna, and this BOA location.

Was attempting to open an account and was asked to come back in 15 minutes. Came back waited again. No service or explanation. Will not waste my time.

EVERY TIME!!!!! I come here to pay my car bill and every time I'm always waiting for so long, lolThey recommended I pay only but it takes three weeks to go through. And this doesn't seem like it'll ever get better. I couldn't imagine banking here hurts my head thinking about it.Once my car is paid off I NEVER have to go to this business again. The name makes me wanna move to Canada for how poor the service is.

You can't find a worse bank in MN. Almost no physical locations in this area so getting banking help or even withdrawing cash is almost impossible. Representatives are misinformed and will pile fees on your account for whatever reason they want. AWFUL SERVICE.

Worst bank ever. Almost no locations in Minnesota so it's incredibly difficult to get help or even withdraw money from your bank. Their representatives often have wrong information. Was given incorrect info from one of their IT associates that resulted in $70 worth of fees on my account. Now they wont refund those fees because they have already had to refund me twice within the last 12 months for various other mistakes that they made on my account. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

Wish there is a zero. We had booked an appt for notary services at this branch and the day before our appt got a call saying the employee that we originally booked the appt had left and that no one will be there to provide the notary service. Manager Taylor was insisting that they don’t notarize documents but only signature which I felt was odd. Literally they showed an attitude that they don’t care about the customers. Good Luck if you are banking here!!
