“I worked with Tiffany Haas at Topline to get my new car. Tiffany was very approachable , easy to work with , friendly , informative and efficient.
It had been years since I had gone through the borrowing and purchasing process and she made it simple.
Tiffany also introduced me to Robert Proctor who is a bank liaison for Topline customers and certain dealerships.
Robert was so patient with me and he absolutely addressed an attempted to resolve each of my concerns. I don’t think I would have bought my new car directly from a dealership if not for Robert.

“I can’t say enough good things about the BMO Harris Bank team at the Maple Grove branch. They’ve been extremely supportive while helping me close out my late father’s accounts. While the corporate side of the bank wasn’t the easiest to work with, the branch staff were exceptional and made all the difference with this process.
They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and handled everything quickly and respectfully. It’s not often you find a team that’s both caring and efficient, and I truly appreciate everything they did to make a difficult process much easier.

“People have to quit blaming shorter hours on fast food restaurants, banks, credit unions, etc. They cannot find anyone to WORK! The manager at my credit union was the only one working one day so she had to close the drive-thru. She interviewed potential workers but most asked if they could work from home!!! She said at a bank, can you imagine that? Big box stores are the same! Shelves are even bare. They expect most will and do shop from home and drive-up to pick-up. Wait it out and hope it gets better but doesn't work to blame the business! Help wanted signs are EVERYWHERE for a reason.”
