“Love that they added a new location since my business is in brooklyn park and this is way closer.Have a little bit of an issue with doing change orders. I always get loose cash and no bags to transport large amounts of cash. I had to stuff all of the cash in my sweatshirt when walking into my office. Also I wish they had a way to wrap the cash in an organized fashion rather than rubber bands. Sarah and Andrew are super nice and helpful. Please get them the supplies they need.”

“Spire credit is great. However, Blaze is not a good bank name. The word blaze does not mean blaze a trail. That is trailblazer (that might have worked). Someone should have looked up the definition: - A very large fiercely burning fire - Used to express anger, bewilderment or surprise ( like when I tried to find my spire app and blaze just appeared without my permission) I don't really care, but had to relay what I'm sure a lot of people are thinking. I'm sure the Marketing department will be fighting that comparison until it changes. See how many hits you get with google search the word blaze.”

“I have been with BMO for a few years now, and it actually has customer service. I came to this location to get a new debit card and to make a deposit. After seeing the teller, I worked with a banker to get my new card. I believe I was in the branch for about 10 minutes, at most. There has not been a negative experience in branch or on the phone with BMO. They value me as a customer and work hard to ensure that any issues are quickly resolved and questions are thoroughly answered. I typically only use their online services, so it's nice to see that in-person services are just as friendly and effective.”
