Very hard to find associates if you have questions. I have gone on different days and times and it seems no matter when I go there are not enough cashiers.
Good points are great selection and very clean store.

the bookstore is great!!!! I have questions about the cafe... the coffee is great, but the selection of baked goods is very sad... the croissants and sandwiches are not fresh. absolutely little choice... a pity. there is nothing to eat with good coffee.

I get inspiration in here. It us a calm place, but people are happy in the bookstore. The staff is always helpful, and I find good gifts for kids. They have an amazing selection of jigsaw puzzles if you want to get away from the electronic world. Trust me, all generations will add a few pieces to your project, even if they are not into jigsaw puzzles. We get them for rainy days inside. Books you can't find are easily ordered to the store, to avoid wet packages on your steps... It happens!

There were 7 people in line and the woman behind the counter was chatting with a customer after completing her transaction. They were laughing and completely ignoring the people in line. When I finally got up to the counter I handed her a one hundred dollar bill. She stuttered and said she couldn’t give me change for a $60. transaction. I gave her my card.
I can’t believe they wouldn’t have change. Maybe she didn’t know how to make change.
She asked me if I needed a gift receipt, I said no, it’s for me. She giggled and said oh, yeah, I guess for you. I gave her this look like I can’t believe how inept you are.
I’ll try a different store next time.

Atmosphere here is great and selection is abundant. They had book i was looking for but ended up ordering it for half the price online from different retailer. I use to go here alot as a kid 20+ years ago and noticed now that alot of the instore reading stations and seating areas have been removed.

My kids enjoy the atmosphere but I've rarely purchased anything in this store. It's clean, the staff are friendly, parking is a bit hazardous, it has bathrooms and the starbucks knockoff.

Stopped by to get a very specific book for a baby gift. The associate searched with me until we found it.
