Went in Friday night, picked up a power boost charging pack for my car battery. Power pack was awesome, vehicle started right away. Went in the next day and had my battery replaced in vehicle. A++++ service, price, and quality all around. Awesome experience. Thank you.

My experience is for overall customer service, but not just at battery plus. This amazing human works at battery plus in Maple Grove. I didn't catch her name, but she doesn't only deserve a gold star for being amazing at her job but just for being an amazing person.

Horrible customer service. Went in for a warranty issue, they basically told me I didn't purchase it there and couldn't find any info. To purchase the item they said I would have had to given them a phone number and name. Looked up credit card info with store location info and date went back in. Sorry you have to have a receipt, nothing we can do for you. Went back to my car called customer service, they found receipt info and emailed it to me, stating that the store never put my info in the system. Went back in manager came out with his tester and told me this was negligence on my part. At this point I had enough. Went directly to nearest location was handled in less than 5 minutes.

Went in to get the battery I thought I needed. Going down a online rabbit hole, that was totally wrong. When I returned later to rectify my screw up. The employees were awesome, and we all had a good laugh. Measure the battery box size before hand, don't make my mistake. Either way, the employees were awesome and made sure I got what I needed.

I purchased a battery for my key fob. They installed it. Now the fob doesn’t hold the key in place. I’m returning there today to see if they can fix it. If not, they can pay for a new one. I’m really pissed.

Horrible customer service! Two employees completely ignoring the customers in their store. And, why don’t they take cards? It seems really weird that they have a hand written sign on the door saying “cash only”. I will not be back here.

Had a battery replaced here and it was a great experience. Few options for batteries that are made for this application. The team replaced it on the spot in minutes for very minimal charge. This is where I go for all my battery needs. Nice helpful people here too.

I had ordered a battery online and received a phone call that the battery wasn't in stock at the store. Another store had one though. I said I could wait until a shipment came in as long as it wasn't too long of a wait. Later that same day I received another phone that they had the battery I wanted and that someone had driven to the other store to pick it up.

About a year ago I visited this batteries plus and asked that both of my key fob batteries be replaced. After leaving I noticed that one wasn't working. My intention was to go back, but l never did. Today my 1 working key fob left me locked out of my vehicle. (Dead key fobs was INSIDE my locked vehicle!) It was an actual nightmare. Fast forward to me high tailing it to batteries plus (to replace BOTH key fobs). I explained to the manager "Anna" my previous experience, and shared what had just happened. She replaced not just the 1 key fob battery, but both. At no charge to me. I honestly really needed that break. I needed at least 1 good thing to happen after my escapade trying to get into my vehicle. The time I mentioned earlier, was not the only other time I've visited this Batteries Plus. I've been there many times. And come to think of it, "Anna" helped me awhile back in finding an old style "light bulb" for night light I was refusing to get rid of! She has gone above and beyond any time I've dealt with her, and I highly suggest anyone who has a key fob need, light bulb need (they're always on SALE SALE) battery needs etc, you take your business here. I promise it will be a good experience!

Buyer beware! Bought a battery here for $130, battery was defective and didn’t work, after a huge inconvenience due to an inoperable battery, the store refused to take it back! Awful business model, won’t ever be shopping here again.
