Store Pickup is a joke. Item showed in stock and ready in 1 hour. I placed my order and received no updates until 8 hours later when they canceled my order saying it was out of stock and couldn’t be filled. Complete waste of time. I happily bought from a competitor who had the item in stock and ready for pickup in a few minutes.

President day sale ads. My top 3 washing machines, none in stock. All on backorder, no dates available.
Couldn't sell any of the floor models.
When your washer goes out. Just have to settle for what's available

I wish there is an option for Minus Star. Best Buy is so irresponsible; their service stops once payment is made. I recently went to the store and bought two items that cost almost 30K. The salesperson said that the items would be delivered to my address on Feb/6th and even promised that the items would be delivered in the morning. but failed to deliver on the 6th, which cost me hundreds of dollars from the home renovation crews as they needed to postpone the project due to delayed delivery from Best Buy. Next, Best Buy rescheduled the delivery date for Feb 13th; the same thing happened again; they sent a text message only at the last moment and rescheduled again on 20th.
Normally, they won't pick up the call; even if they pick up the call, they will shut you down with different stories. One of the agent even said to me that delaying was not their fault and asked me to cancel the order if I wanted to. I went to the store, and the store salesperson said that delivery is not their responsibility. In a nutshell, Best Buy is sweet when you buy and pay money, but after that, nobody takes responsibility for whether or not the items are delivered. So, you'd better not order anything from Best Buy if it's not available in the store, or else, the story will become very long.

Nice location/store. I dislike being asked if I needed help over and over.
Edited. I have been to this location 3 times to try and purchase items shown as available on the website. Each of those times the associate either couldn't find item or it wasn't in stock for whatever reason. These have been sale items and it has felt like a bait and switch tactic.

Is this store closing?? They have NOTHING in stock here. Second time I’ve visited in the last few months. To only hear oh we don’t carry that in store…today came to get a pop socket for my phone. They have none!! Many shelves are bare! Save your time and shop elsewhere…

"Reliable" customer service lol. I can always count on the customer service by best buy to be non-existent. I went in to go buy a replacement phone and waited by the phone service/sales station per the front door security/staff. I sat there for 5-10 minutes without any assistance - note the staff at the front said he would call someone before he sent me there. I can thank Best Buy for saving me money by giving me the time to find other solutions online (used my wife's phone). I left once I saw a better deal online; it's not like I was going to get proper service there anyways. Ended up buying a new pixel 9 pro XL with my phone carrier and am currently writing this review from my new Pixel. I try to avoid Best Buy if I can although they do sometimes have good sales. There are always 10 sales rep around the store either pretending they're helping someone or if they are helping people then it's at a snail's pace. It's literally easier to find some obscure item in the back corner on your own than to find someone for help/questions. Target stores staff one person at their technology area and they provide 2x the service. Walmart has a part time staff usually lingering around their tech space doing 5 jobs and provides a comparable service. Best Buy sales floor is a joke. Can't complain about checkout desk as I've never had issues checking out so I left a star for that.

Went to Best Buy in maple grove today after calling the store to order a screen protector for pickup over the phone. When calling they told me that they would install the screen protector for me on my iPad. I waited in line to pickup my screen protector and was told I need to go wait in line at mobile after waiting there in line once I finally got to speak to someone they told me I now needed to go wait in line for geek squad once there then they told me that they would charge $15 to put the screen protector on. After being ran all around the store and only buying a screen protector from them for it to be installed by them they charge you to put it on. What a waste of time.

Please stop the VR sales assistance to stop saying it's only one item in the store to push a sale, THATS DISHONEST to say the least, i went to another store just because of that!!!!!

Just tried to buy a tv, after waiting in line for 15 minutes with 8-10 people in a line that wasn’t moving and one guy doing returns, pick-up and checkout I put it back and ordered it from amazon. Plenty of employees in the store in various departments but only one person working the front, how does that make sense? So you are going to help customers find an item they like but make it hard for them to buy it? Bold strategy cotton, let’s see if it pays off.

Staff is always willing and able. It's not their fault they are not the "Best Buy".

I had ordered a microwave that was listed as being available for pickup the same day. 7 hours later it was still "being prepared for pickup today", so I called the store to see if I would still be able to stop by and pick it up that day. After waiting on hold for about 10 minutes the assistant that finally answered had a broken headset or phone and could barely be heard. Rather than attempt to fix the issue or anything they hung up on me and did not attempt to call back.

Bought earbuds and when I opened the package it was clear they were used and returned prior. Silicon tips come in 3 sizes, and the buds had 2 different sizes on them. They were also clearly dirty. Not sure why Best Buy wouldn't check if a package was opened or not when someone returns something. They just put it back on the shelf to sell as "new" again.
