I bought a couch almost 1 year ago and paid for the coverage, when I reported the pieces of a couch start falling apart they told me that there was nothing that they could do. I really like the couch and enjoy it so I thought I would give them another try and I bought another couch. This time I didn't purchase a coverage. When it arrived, I opened it and went to go put the legs on, but there was no holes and then on the chair they covered the holes up, could not find them. The couch is poorly put together with the stitching being bad. When I contact customer support, they said that they could not give me a refund. Due to I had accepted the delivery, but how can you know if the product that was delivered in packaging is damaged until you get it in your home and open it. I don't recommend them to anyone. The furniture will not last long. Furniture out on the curve is better than this furniture that they're selling. Waste of money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been dealing with quality and service issues for MONTHS since receiving our furniture. Upon delivery we received broken parts and furniture that had to be replaced immediately due to severity. Additional quality issues still existed with the "new" furniture and we had to have their technicians service them. The customer service and technician service is additionally horrific. They schedule to have techs look at only each individual issue, then they have to order parts and schedule again to install only each individual problem! We've tried to get them to come out for all repairs in one service but they split them up without letting you know until the tech arrives. This is terribly inconvenient if you work like everyone else in the world and have to take time off to be at home. Also you're lucky if the techs follow-through and ever order the parts. We had to chase them down regularly because the tech kept not ordering the parts and we wouldn't get follow-up for weeks just to find out no one placed an order. Then when the parts show up they are all beaten up in open boxes and are entirely unusable. The cycle repeats.ANYWAY we finally have the parts for the next repairs , and they were supposed to be scheduled today to install them. Well no tech showed up and after I reached out they tell me they can't be scheduled for another month. If I could just return all my furniture I would, but they won't let you. I've never had a worse experience with furniture quality or service in my life. I do not recommend. I'd say you get what you pay for but their furniture is not discounted and is same cost as other stores so is fairly expensive. We spent thousands on our couch and thousands on our bed frame. I believe the discount part is whatever they are paying to build their furniture. Do not shop here

Great experience with the sales person Matthew. No pressure or upselling and did a great job explaining the features of several reclining sofas we wer looking at. Time will tell if the quality of the sofa holds up but the prices were reasonable and initial quality seemed okay. Will have to leave an updated review as time goes by on the actual sofa but the store and sales experience was great.

Great experience!! I wish I could remember the ladies name that helped us she was awesome and was able to answer all our 1000 questions. Made 2 big purchases and will come back.

We had a great experience! Went in to find a dining set and didn’t expect to buy something the day of but we did! Great selection, prices and staff! Gina was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and helped make our first time at Bob’s great! We will definitely be going there next time we need more furniture!

Wow, wow, wow!!!. What a great place to shop for beautiful furniture and bedding. The people helping and their management are very kind as well as resourceful. It’s a fun place to go and everyone is kind, friendly, and courteous? They had my best interest at heart explaining things to me and were not pushy. They are knowledgeable and helpful, I love Bob’s Discount Store.

Got our sectional couch from bobs in maple grove. Friendly when purchasing but very difficult to work with after delivery. Wanted to return the wedge portion of our sectional but stated if it wasn’t based on manufacturer would not be returned. I’m not trying to return my couch, just a 150$ wedge. Called customer service 2x and was disconnected by their system both times, 3rd time they said someone would text me after 5-7 and never heard back. Left a review on their website/app voicing disappointment with customer and was deleted within 3 hours. Never again will I buy from bobs or recommend bobs to anyone.

Greeted at the door with the typical furniture sales pitch. We were approached by the same guy a few more times and a lady who I'm not positive but might have been new and training. They were friendly and held casual conversations throughout our visit to this store without hovering. I did not feel like I needed to dodge the employees, which was genuinely a relief. One of the massage recliner chairs that is on display is functional, but the high roller pops in and out and makes a loud click noise (broken). Additionally, the remote is extremely worn. I assume that this chair probably attracts kids who don't have respect for the furniture, but it might be wise not to have a broken display. Overall, I am very satisfied with couch selections and dining room selections.

Came in to browse and didn’t end up purchasing anything, but Anthony provided wonderful customer service. It was a perfect shopping experience; a sales rep that is there if you need them but isn’t stalking you through the store. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Anthony!

My wife and I went to 6 furniture stores over the weekend and Bob's was the friendliest and most comfortable experience. The staff was extremely helpful when we decided on a chair. The only thing that was annoying was the loud video product promos on a few of the items but that wasn't a huge deal. If you are looking for a good selection and low pressure environment, Bob's is worth a look

Saved myself $180 picking my tables up. Get them home, huge crack, no damage to the box that I saw. So im gonna say it was packed that way. They told me to bring it back this week, now saying all of a sudden its on back order until Aug. Once you accept it , you can NEVER get a refund .. even when damaged. Plus, the prices are not as low as you think. Ashley has better.

Anthony was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable with the products available and finding the best options to fit our current needs as well as helping us in creating a wishlist for our future needs. He was friendly and professional. We really appreciated the added step of having the manager involvement to be sure our order and service was correct and excellent. Just great! Anthony welcomed us right away with full sincerity and warmth. We were allowed to browse without feeling monitored or pressured, but he also checked in after a while, which was perfectly timed. The whole experience gave us a chance to hone in on what we want, and based on our fantastic initial experience, we'll be back to buy from Bob's. Thank you!

Good prices and selection. The sales team are low pressure. I liked that a lot. Edit... the sales team in store is great. The delivery is not good. Was told the my order is on back order ok. A date was unknown. We were then told June 17. A few days before we were told they couldn't deliver until June 28. Now they don't know when or if they will be able to deliver. The other bad thing is they refuse to take the old furniture makeing me arrange a third party to remove it. I also have to postpone having the old furniture removed every time.
