We cannot say enough good things about Janet and Bob and BoxDrop! Today was our second purchase from them, and it was just as wonderful of an experience as it was the first time years ago. They are both so knowledgeable, and don't try to just sell you something. They care about you getting the right mattress for you that can change your life. We will not go anywhere else in the future if we ever need a mattress, and we will continue to tell all of our friends and family about them! Thank you again, Bob and Janet!!!

Amazing mattress buying experience. Highly recommend. No pressure to purchase a mattress. Answered all of our questions and helped us understand how mattresses are made differently. We purchased three mattresses and were able to pick up a week later. Everyone who is looking for a mattress should check out this locally owned business. Bob and Janet were so incredibly wonderful to work with. Bob spent time with me, asking me questions about exactly what type of mattress I was looking for and explained different features. He does not come off as a "high pressure salesman", but rather wants to educate his customers. Their prices are amazing and I highly recommend them if you are in need of a new mattress.

The reviews are all right. I highly recommend this business. You can expect two kind owners to welcome you and ask you what you’re needing/wanting. They will steer you exactly there with zero pressure or discomfort. These people are kind and knowledgeable. You can’t beat the price for quality beds. We were there with our child and beyond his expert knowledge he was kind and had all the right words to have her engaged and let her see the warehouse. This is worth the trip to check it out.

We've bought 2 mattresses here and will buy a third once our youngest is old enough for a big bed. Owners are SO nice and SO personal. It can be difficult to shop with multiple children and there was never a point that they made us feel guilty for having kids climbing on their beds (though we tried our best to keep them off). They even brought out a treasure box for them to pick out a little prize which won the hearts of our littles. Thank you for this! Mattresses themselves are of great quality and we were happy to hear they take off 3% if you pay in cash, to avoid the credit card fee. Wish more places did this. Highly recommend!

Awesome service and comfy beds! I found this place from Facebook Marketplace and I am so glad I spent the time to visit! Super nice people who actually care, and make sure you are happy with your choice! Definitely coming back and telling others about it. They do not try and push you to buy, like big box stores do. Happy with my purchase and the pricing!

Husband and I had heard about BoxDrop and decided to check it out. We were blown away. Janet and Bob were so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and were not pushy. Talking to them felt like you were talking to someone you trusted. We had originally gone in to only look at our options but loved their products so much, we bought the same day. And, the price we got for a mattress plus the adjustable bed frame together was less than the retail cost of the mattress alone. Again, blown away. We've been telling our friends and family about our experience and will continue to point people to Janet and Bob at BoxDrop forever. You guys have made us your cheerleaders!
