It was such a relief to work with Breitenfeldt Group (their services are free) after seeing great recommendations on Nextdoor. I found Medicare options confusing - particularly because I'm still working. Jonathan listened to what I wanted, answered my MANY questions, and put together a step-by-step plan of what to do, which worked beautifully. I later emailed him with a question regarding a provider. He also didn't understand this and took the initiative to call the provider, then got back to me with an answer within a few hours. If you're looking into Medicare options - even BEFORE you need them - I recommend that you 1) do some research on your own to get general information on what this entails, 2) ask your doctors what they recommend - particularly regarding any medical conditions/prescriptions you have, and 3) contact Breitenfeldt to discuss your options. I'm very happy with my choices (quite a bit cheaper than what I had). Many thanks, Jonathan, for helping me to move forward with this!

This is a wonderful service for those of us navigating through the confusing world of Medicare and the supplements. The reps from Breitenfeldt were very helpful, always responsive, and kept in touch with me during the entire months-long process of selecting my supplemental coverage. I highly recommend this service for anyone approaching the age of 65.

So impressed with Breitenfeldt and specifically Kelley Diederich. My husband and I had SO many questions about Medicare, and Kelley took time and answered every single one of them - and educated us on things we didn't even know to ask about Medicare!
