This is the only Buckle that I have ever been in and not felt like I had a pushy person coming down on me for a sale.
I was in Yesterday and was dealing with Noelle, she is AMAZING. There was a screw up with my order that should have been at the store but was not. She took her time looking for the package only to realize that FedEx lost my package and it never actually made it. She fixed the issue, refunded the item, got a different item sent direct to my house that was actually what I wanted in the first place but had been sold out when I originally ordered.
I will say one thing that is a Buckle issue though not this location, That is that their cologne is almost double the price of most other places for the same size and item. Very sad to see that and glad I looked it up online before buying any of it.

I LOVE THE BUCKLE.
My oldest daughter makes fun of me in that I buy $90 jeans, but they last for years! I love them and won't buy any other brand, ever. Customer for life.

I’ve been into this Buckle location multiple times and everybody is always so helpful. One of my favorite employees there is Noelle, she always remembers who I am and goes out of her way to say hi & make sure I am finding everything I’m looking for. Noelle takes her time to listen to what things I am looking for and always goes above and beyond with her customer service. Noelle is one of the reasons I continue to return to the Maple Grove location.

Jean shopping is always stressful for me, because I’m super picky and have a very difficult time finding jeans that fit me right. I love buckles jeans & I met Noelle there today and she is very helpful and sweet, if you go there I strongly recommend getting her help!

I love this place for their jeans ? and their 1 on 1 service ethics.
They seriously go out of their way to help you and keep track of your size and personal preferences and purchases.
If you are looking for that perfect fit and actually superb service then you found your place.
Only negative for me is not enough sizes and I don't really like their shirts.
