My wife brought her Highlander in for a window replacement. When she received the car the pre collision settings were not configured which would block the info dash. After calling the woman there stated she would have a technician call as soon as possible. No one relayed that message and no escalations were done. We had to take it to Toyota in Brookdale and let the insurance company know. During this time we think someone came to our house from this company unannounced so no one was available. Then we get to the drivers side trim of the windshield falling off. My wife noticed it after a car wash and confirmed with Toyota it came in that way. We are still waiting to hear anything back now. During the time we were attempting to get the window calibrated they said it would be two more weeks to get in and do the job they should have done the first time. Now we are waiting for yet another call back to have someone attach the trim/mold properly on the drivers side windshield. I never write reviews and we are very patient folks and live here in maple grove. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company in the slightest for windshield repair. Right now we have notified our insurance company, and still have drivers side trim not installed correctly. Lord only knows what else is wrong with this windshield replacement at this point in time.

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Maple Grove. I have been to this shop a couple times for repairs on a Jeep Wrangler and most recently a BMW. Communication was amazing; they provide daily updates on your vehicle. Also, I was extremely satisfied with the work completed on both vehicles. This is the only place I will go for any repairs. THANK YOU!

Caliber Collision is a well organized top notch shop. I had my 2014 Camaro in for repairs and they took charge from day one. I was able to get my car in and out in less than a week. Repairs were completed on time and with exceptional service. They also coordinated a rental car for me. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone that needs work on their vehicle.
