As a home care nurse I spend a lot of time at different gas stations. I always try to go to Holiday stations because they are clean, friendly and have good snack options. I will drive extra to avoid this one though! They are complete scammers! One time the pump malfunctioned twice as I was filling up. The manager came out, realized the pump was broken and had me move to a new pump. He offered me 2 free car washes for the trouble. When I went to use them (within a week) the codes wouldn't work. The clerk working said is have to talk to the manger, who conveniently wouldn't be back on for a few days. Today I was there again - at the same pump I had trouble with months ago. I KNOW I pushed "regular" because I'm always very cautious about this. Halfway through I realized it was "premium". I went in to tell them and the clerk rudely said "nothing I can do". They also wouldn't honor my gas discount card. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will literally drive out of my way to avoid these scammers.

Always use this car wash. I usually used the touch free lane but I like that there are two lanes. There’s never a wait and the wash is new and nice. I don’t find soap residue like some other holiday washes and dryer dries pretty well.

Next to no covid precautions in place. Most employees did not have a mask on and were congregated in a group. There were customers without masks too. Will pass on this Holiday in the future.

Awkward turns to make it to this gas station. Some work was being done on the asphalt so rude was not smooth. Inside was clean. I noticed fur first fine they are selling roasted almonds and cashews for 3$ or so. I got tempted but I had to focus on my A&W diet. It is a smaller gas station compared with other Holiday, but it seems to have it all!

This place is an absolute s$&#thole. Every time I go there, the vacuums never work, seems like half the "add ons" in the car wash aren't working, the trash cans are literally overflowing as if no one ever empties them. Trash a strewn all over the parking lot, it's disgusting. I'm surprised the City of Maple Grove allows this kind of littering. Just a crappy place with no care whatsoever.
