I visited Chico's in Maple Grove whilst on vacation earlier this month in the U.S. from the UK. My cousin took me there. What a wonderful store and the ladies were so friendly and helpful. Good quality merchandise. I could have bought everything in sight. Cant wait to go back and spend more.

This was my first time shopping at Chicos.At first, I felt unwelcomed.. but it was one of the best customer service experiences, I ever had.The store manager had my size availabIe in-store and offered me her taste in what would like nice on me. I made my selections quickly and even purchased an item that she chose for me.I was really impressed with the packaging, and how my items were placed in tissue paper and with a sticker on it.I felt really special, and I just want to commend Ms. Karen and her staff for offering quality to my experience.

The ladies working today were great! They brought items into the dressing room, gave honest input and were fun. It was nice to have old fashion customer service. Thank you!

Love going to this Chico's store and boutique! They even have some selections in Petite, and their jewelry collection is outstanding! I especially like being able to drive right up to the door and park, which is not always possible at other Chico's. Their service is personalized and friendly, and I love the spacious displays of their apparel collections.

Never, ever consider buying Christmas presents here. If you buy too early, they will not exchange the product if something is wrong. Exchanging a new item would cost them nothing, which tells you what you are worth as a customer to them...Nothing.

I’m a very good consumer of your clothes,but lately I haven’t got any coupons,the ones I get are from the outlet store from Fort Myers,I only visit t hat store when in vacation ,once a year!I’m disappointed that the Chico store in Alberville forgot about me.
