Idk about the others “bad” reviews but my experience is quick and easy. I got both of my ears pierced on August 2nd with the price being $64.99 plus tax adds to $70.86. So not bad 😊

Arrived at 11:30 and store was supposed to be open at 11:00. Doors locked and no answer. Granddaughter was very disappointed. Came to get her ears pierced.

Don’t say you close at 6 on Sunday when your doors are locked at 5:50.

Went by the other day. My daughter wanted to go and was super excited. They were closed at around 1pm on a Sunday. When they should have been open.

I went there today around 11 am maybe lights were on in the store but door was locked so I walked across the street to a few other stores for awhile went back it was still locked with lights on no sign on the door or anything so I went over to pacsun and the lady there had told me she sees people leave for hours I ended up going to the ridgedale one where there was much better service I will not be returning to the maple Grove location

Went to Claire's at Arbor Lakes on my lunch break to get a crown for my breast cancer walk. When I got there the door was locked. I went across the street to ask if anyone knew why, since no one answered the phone either. I was told by two of the neighboring shops that the girls at Claire's do that all the time, lock the doors and then just leave to go do whatever. Must be nice. What a waste of my time and precious lunch hour. Great management..

I was there few days ago, I purchased some stuff but I felt like for being a store or should be a little bit organizer and the staff seemed to be annoyed. But this isn't my first time at that store the few times I have been there, staff seems to be rude.

I liked the store. The lady was pretty friendly and helpful. However I returned the next day at 1 pm to get some items for my daughters birthday, and the doors were locked. There was no note as to why or a possible return time. Just locked.

Got there at 6:15pm sign on door “will be back shortly going on break” waited a few minutes and two employees walked out and I asked how long will they be on break and they told me 40mins or so. I just left and went somewhere else.

Im a store manager in the mall, i ordered my lunch from uber eats, the delivery driver accidentally dropped my food off at claires, i went in there and they said they didnt have it, seemed suspicious and then they go on break for an hour.

Why would you label the store open then have and have the lights on but every single worker is on break we had too travel very far too get there and I couldn’t even get a call back

Fantastic customer service on 10/8 around 5pm! Manager was very patient and kind when my kids were making one of their first purchases with their own money. She even helped them split the BOGO discount and gave them each their own change back. Thank you!
