Mireya was so helpful, as a man, I often find it hard to find styles in certain stores but she was very kind and encouraging to find something that really fits. Definitely will not regret my purchase !

This was first time visiting Clothes Mentor! Very clean and organized. Friendly staff. I’m from out of town but I’ll make a point of being back next time I’m in the city.

I hadn't been in to Clothes Mentor for quite some time and was very pleased to meet the new owner at my recent visit to the Maple Grove location. She was very friendly and helpful and it was obvious that she cared about the merchandise she offered and satisfying customers. She was happy to assist and be helpful or leave me be to shop on my own. I could tell that she cared about my overall shopping experience and respected my preferences. I found a more unique selection of tops than I have seen on previous shopping trips and also a few pairs of pants. The prices were reasonable and the quality good. I hesitate to share how much I love this location of Clothes Mentor because I still want to be able to find cool items like I found on my last shopping trip, but I also want to support this new owner and all she is doing to make this store so great. I highly recommend Clothes Mentor Maple Grove! If you have never been or have been before the new owner came in, go check it out!

They locked the doors early and also closed an hour earlier. Then the website said they closed

This was my first time visiting Clothes Mentor, and the experience fell short. When I walked in no one greeted me or offered assistance. The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than acknowledging customers which made me feel unwelcome and unvalued. The selection was limited and the layout could definitely use some better organization. If you’re looking for current, updated styles, this may not be the place. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my visit.

I’ve been a fan of Clothes Mentor Maple Grove for years and wanted to share in case you're into secondhand shopping. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out! It’s like higher-end thrift. I just scored some amazing finds at Clothes Mentor last night: a White House Black Market piece (new with tags, originally $220) for $19.99, a Cabi jacket (originally $189) for $24.99, and a pair of Express jeans (similar styles go for $90-100) for $17.99. Total: $62—saving $436 over retail!
I love how much I’ve saved and how it’s upgraded my wardrobe. The selection is always great, and the store is so organized—everything’s by size and color, making it easy to browse. Plus, it’s a sustainable way to shop without sacrificing quality or style. They also have awesome purses, jewelry, shoes, wallets, and sunglasses! Since they buy from people directly, they’re more selective about what they take in, so it’s a step above traditional thrift stores. (Ahem, Goodwill…)
I’m sharing this because I want to see places like this continue to thrive. If you haven’t checked it out yet, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t regret it!

I don’t like that the woman with the darker brown hair be in there tryin folks shoes on. I first came in with Burberry heels she tried on then recent went in with Red Bottoms which were new I never tried them on to walk around in them or scuff the bottom like she did I just felt like I had to say something, I kept my shoes because they were tryin to short change me. Tell her not to try the shoes on U til they’re sold that was so tacky of her how does she know I wanted anyone else’s feet in my new shoes

We brought in a bin of women’s clothing there was a name brand jacket with leather sleeves and they made an offer of $10. This jacket still had the tags on never worn and the tag attached with the price we paid $650.00. ?

Today I found another treasure, like I do every time! I think this is the best clothes mentor store in Minnesota, I've compared some of them including Burnsville and Minnetonka. Also, it's the best ladies resale store in maple Grove hands down. I wear a lot of athleta and Lululemon and I usually find what I'm looking for. The prices are a little on the high side for resale stores, BUT it's quality, like new condition, you get what you pay for. I've found sorel shoes, which I love, for a good price, as well as athleta and Lululemon. I get good quality for a good price and that's a home run for me. I stopped going to the athleta store because I get like new quality for awesome prices at Clothes Mentor.

Do not sell to this resale store! Save your time! You are much better off donating. I took in a large tub of mostly brand new with tags clothing and some cooler weather items. They took nothing and I was told that the items showed excessive wear, and that they were only buying fall items at this point in time. I was lied to my face. I only purchase higher end items for myself and usually only wear one season and then I resell or donate. Note for people looking to purchase from the store, the items they have are old, smell horrible and are extremely worn. Even there “designer” Items are questionable at best.
Response to response to my review: the majority of the clothing in my tote were purchased this summer and had tags, either I did not like after I purchased or was outside of a return policy. Also, my clothes were barely even looked at. They were still folded in the exact same way I folded them as I placed them in the tub. My suggestion is if you are done buying for the day, make sure you put your notification on the door that you are no longer buying for the day. This is not my first time that I’ve had these issues with your location.

Do not purchase online! I purchased a paIr of jeans listed as size 27 and they sent a pair that was a size 27 short. They refused to offer a return and claimed all items are final sale.
If you going to sell online and not allow returns you need to properly describe the item. Be professional and provide customer service. Chase was incredibly rude and condescending.
