Never planned to review a pharmacy, However this Pharmacy Has actual Client Services. In all years of dealing with Family members Meds to Dogs RX Walgreens CVS online places chewy etc... are an embarrassing joke in comparison, All prescriptions we've moved to Costco Maple Grove as they run a well oiled ship! Fast service texts emails receivedOrder in meds that what will work, mindful of costs even make insurance nonsense issues seem less problematic to taking all the time needed for a patient questions. Pharmacists are true Care Providers at this Costco.Ryan F stands out amongst them allI knew there was a reason years ago I suggested a few doctors call in all their patients Prescriptions to Costco. Thanks Ryan & Team

Fire checkout Molly horrible experience. Was having a great time at Costco until checkout lady Molly ruined it with her poor attitude and bad social skills.

Wonderful staff and customer service. We came in from out of town, during the early evening and inquired about availability of covid boosters without an appointment. Ryan, the pharmacist, no problem!Living near the Canadian border it is not available - yet. Closest location administering the booster is in Virginia, MN. CVS is less than customer oriented. Retired Veterans with Tricare have limited options.

Their excellent service makes the trip worth it, even if they’re a little more expensive than other pharmacies.

Costco is crazy most days but on this Monday it was very mellow. I love the new shopping carts. There are always plenty of samples and today was no exception. The parking lot is always packed but it's easy to find someone leaving. The best part is the reward of $1.50 hot dog combo after checking out.

What's not to love! We buy lots of our big items here like paper products, coffee, meats and of course dog toys. I am completely unable to resist the new packages of toys - the dogs are appreciative of my weakness. I've always had good customer service at this location and like the variety of products. One of the customer service people reminded "look at Costco first" and she's right, I've rented cars from them for a number of trips, found barns for friends, bought computers, clothing, food and more. Definitely worth the membership for our family and my photography business.

Traveling through Maple Grove, so we stopped here for some Keurig Cups and dishwasher liquid. It was not busy on a weekday afternoon. Lots of parking available in their parking lot. Quite a few open cashiers and a couple "self-serve" spots as well. Best deal here is the Strawberry Sunday-enjoy one after your shopping here!

I went to Costco last month and I had a cart full of items that o purchased. I had to go back in line because I had forgot a couple of items so I had 2 receipts. This lady at the door counted every item on the first receipt. The second receipt only had 3 items which she count very quickly but then asked for the larger receipt back stating she never counted the items but she marked the receipt but while she was doing that she let 15 customers go by with just glancing at their receipt. I guess I needed to be 2 -3 shades lighter to fit into their walk on by category at the Maple Grove Costco. It would of been a zero but I had to mark a star.

My experience with the maple grove Costco pharmacy was not good at all! I would not recommend them! They supposedly were getting both my prescriptions ready this week. I was never notified when they were ready so I had to call again and they only had one of them ready. When I got there to pick both prescriptions up they had the forgotten one ready and the one they they said was ready was not ready. They said it would be 15 minutes……30 minutes later I am still waiting for both my prescriptions that were originally suppose to be ready. Needless to say I walked out of there with out my prescriptions as I was so fed up waiting. Again I would never recommend. I am switching back to Walmart as I’ve had much better luck with their pharmacy’s

Always get excellent service especially from Ryan. He goes above and beyond, it's amazing how he remembers some unique circumstances for picking up our medicines and accommodates us. Feel very valued as a customer here.

Club prices, great selection, competitive quality, amazing gas prices that pull everyone in for groceries after fueling up - I've always been a fan of the Costco concept. I'm writing this review, however, because of Laresha and the customer service team at this location as a whole. I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the older woman with the salt-and-pepper hair or the tall lady on the register beside Laresha, but they're all adorable. The team vibe really comes through in the ease of their interactions both with each other and with guests. Costco, I hope you know you've got a good thing there! I had the wonderful luck of primarily interacting with Laresha, who exudes a warm vibe that makes me want to sit down with her for a Costco hot dog and a chat. We shared a laugh over my first experience with dried figs and agreed that I should try at least one more brand before I stick to fresh figs for life, kept watch over how the sudden downpour affected foot traffic, chatted about how tropical downpours affect cultures abroad - you know you're having a great conversation when the topic keeps flowing from one to another. Thanks, Laresha, for being a lovely human being - Costco is lucky to have you. Why four stars then, despite the glowing review? Because Laresha and the customer service team deserves all the stars, but Costco handling of your own gift cards is appalling and deserves none. Costco management needs to either train cashiers to equally respect Costco gift card payments or do away with Costco gift cards entirely, and I don't mean simply at this location. The fact that there are Costco cashiers at many locations who don't know what to do with Costco gift cards is problematic, and half of those who do either continue to hassle the guest for a Costco membership card anyway, immediately change their demeanor and make the guest feel unwelcome, or call for assistance with an unnecessarily loud voice even by Costco standards in showing their annoyance. Families grow up and spread out in leaving their nests. Putting everyone's name on cards is unnecessary, and gift cards are an easy solution that Costco chose to offer. Why, then, are your own representatives making users of your gift cards feel so uncomfortable that you can find stories detailing this horrid treatment all over the internet? I love the Costco concept, but I stopped visiting Costco long ago as result of this mess. If Costco would prefer to fully exclude non-members, simple: Remove Costco gift cards entirely rather than subject human beings to shaming. If not, it is your responsibility at every level of Costco management at every location and corporate office to ensure that holders of your own gift cards are not treated as second-rate citizens. So long as your representatives are still making non-members feel unwelcome, you are still failing at that responsibility. Well, that took my glowing review and ended it on a super-sour note. Bleh. Laresha rocks. The customer service team rocks. Costco, do better. K, thanks, bye!

Costco member for over 20 years. LOVE COSTCO (quality, prices, travel, etc). Moved to MN last year from CO and have consistently been surprised by the Maple Grove employees. Curt, brusk, openly irritable. Maybe 1 out of every 3 trips I hear a cashier bad mouth a colleague, family members or shopper to the person unloading the cart. I would be irritable, too, if I worked with the public--which is why I don't. First few visits I wrote off bad interactions to Covid fatigue. I tried the St. Louis Park Costco and didn't think it was much better. Now, I'm just taking a break. I'm not a 'frustrated child' like Steve H. accuses other reviewers of being. I've just spent 2 decades receiving consistently good service at Costcos in other states. Not sure what's up but I hope morale improves soon.
