They do not call you when your car is done. Dropped off car at 10:12 it was finished at 10:57.
I then went outside saw my car at 1215. Never received a call. Phone number was correct. I will not be coming to this location for any tire services in the future. This happened to me last winter as well, except that time they input my phone number wrong.
They were not busy at all during this service.
It is very disappointing to sit and wait for a hour and 25 minutes longer than necessary simply because they did not call me. I wonder if they would have called had i not noticed. How long would I have been waiting had I not been proactive to check the lot.

We go to your store often but also do go to other locations. However the one thing I have never seen other locations allow is for your cart attends to completely block roads and / or customers in their parking spaces and just sight there and jaw jack with someone right in the middle of the road with a line of carts. That just rude and inconsiderate.

Y'all are getting a 1 star review today. I order a pizza and you guys gave a whole cheese pizza that was pretty much liquid cheese.... I threw a whole pizza away, y'all are lucky I didn't have time cause I wanted my damn refund!!!

Typical Costco location. Inventory seemed a little low when I went. Many things I was looking for were out of stock. But it’s Costco so I’ll still be back another day.

I bought a set of Michelin tires and came back 3 times to have it balanced and still not balanced. The tires also have flat spots in the morning and require to be driven for 20-30 minutes for the flat spots to be gone. I asked for my tires warranty, and they denied it at this local store. The tire techs were not very competent in tires and not very helpful in fixing issues. I should have gone with a more specialize tire shops to avoid this headache. I will not purchase tires from Costco again.

I was at the Maple Grove, MN Cost Co and was getting gas. I was having some problems and I was trying my best and a young man who worked at that position offered to fill my tank, and treated me as a valuable customer. I later found out his name was Pao( Sorry if I miss spelled it.) and he just said , "I like to help.". I offered him a tip so he could get some coffee. but he would not accept the gift. Again he said, " I like to help". The other customers at my station commented on how professional Pao was and how helpful. The biggest thing I need to say is Pao was great help and didn't make me feel like a stupid woman. He was amazing. I went in and told my story to someone at the desk and he told me how great Pao was. Thank you for hiring him. You need to keep him as long as he wants to work for the company.

We visit Costco often, sometimes twice a week and shop everything from groceries, laptops, cellphones, appliances, garden soil and fertilizer, clothes, car tires and batteries and so much more. Oh and the best part is the pharmacy. My wife and I never run out of prescriptions anymore, as we run low we get a reminder text we click the number "1" on the phone and Costco calls the doctor for a prescription refill WOW. I have been a Costco member for more than 27 years (when it used to be called Price Club) and it's the best-est deal ever.
By the way after my first 2 years I was talked into trying that competitor warehouse but after a month or two I found myself missing out so I bounced back and have been living happily ever since 😍.
Secret is we visit midweek so the pace is perfect, I believe on weekends it may be more busy perhaps crowded a bit but so do all businesses.
Great job Costco we are very satisfied. And that goes for any Costco location.
